Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Wireless HDMI TV Connection Kit's ease of use and picture quality, with many praising its simple setup and clear image. However, some users experienced connectivity issues, occasional signal interruptions, and lag, particularly at longer distances. The range and signal strength were also points of concern for several customers. While performance was generally positive for many, heat generation was noted as a potential concern by a few users.

This didn’t work all that great, had to return it because it slowed down my internet speed and it has to be super close to the router to work

I didn't write a review earlier because it didn't work the way I wanted and the return time passed. I bought it for my RV a direct line of sight, 18 feet. It always went off and came back on finally got so fed up I put it back in the box and put it away. I'm at my in-laws and I wanted to connect the living room TV and send signal 50 feet away. Ok, not line of sight but I tried anyway (foolish) didn't work. I guess we're stuck with $150 paperweight. Don't purchase this!!! I bought AV Access splitter, 2 receivers and transmitters for the RV and they work great. Even when we move the TV outside.

    Disappointing

I am using this product to connect my Spectrum Cable box to one of my TV's. Setting it up was not as easy as solicited, e.g. the dongle didn't work, then I realized that if it doesn't work then you need to power it, so I had to do that. For reference, I have my Cable box, and TV about 10 feet apart in the same room. Once it was setup, and connected, I started to see the following issues on daily basis: 1. It drops the connection, and keep looking for it multiple times every day 2. At random times, the connection will freeze, or lags, then resumes after a few seconds 3. The sound is echoes at times -- which is a bit funny. Sounds like I have 2 TVs in different rooms on the same station Overall, my experience with this product isn't that great, so I'll be returning it.

I lost $180 on this deal! Lousy product. I worked with their tech support staff which, with credit due, really tried to fix my issue - nice folks! I think they don’t really understand HDMI handshakes , nor the complexities of today’s TV high tech viewers. I’d look at other solutions (note, I say “solutions”, not products of the same solution). Nothing beats straight cable with boosters if you need them. This wireless transmission of HDMI is still a mystery to most !

    Garbage

The transmitter is 10 feet away from the receiver and in the same room. Works great for an hour or so, then the video freezes until I power cycle the transmitter. I've repeated this about 4 or 5 times tonight, same result each time. This piece of junk is getting returned in the morning.
