Not what I wanted

I used it to recover data on corrupted drives, boot from the iolo disk when windows wouldn't function ... things I was looking for when I picked this up for windows 10. HUGE disappointment. It's no longer the product it once was, and was therefore a complete waste of money. A misleading claim on the box said rescues non starting pc.. lie. If your computer won't boot, you cant use this software, which appears to simply optimize windows once installed on a healthy PC.

Customer serve was very helpful 10+ for thier service. 3 for the fact I thought I was buying an Active program. 5 for the program itself which use to be an 8 program Before all of window 10 upgrade sad stuff
