Fixit was very easy to install and is easy to use. It has helped speed up my computer's performance and removed excessive clutter on my system.

I originally used this product via trial. It did what it says it is supposed to do. I like having the ability to check as well as fix my computer issues.

Had this program when it first came out, loved it. Bought this version and was a little disappointed. Not as many options as the previous I had and if id known is this version was subscription based I would not have bought it

I was have a lot of problems with my desktop and this product help me find and correct a lot of problems.

This is not as good as the vendor claims. Some features are okay and useful while the main purpose of fixing or repairing is somewhat disappointing. You will experience unwanted performance in your PC after installing and running the program. In my opinion my PC was running better before I installed this program. Now I notice minor errors and even slower start-ups in some of my programs. As for Tuning -up my PC I really can't say that my PC is running any better since installing SM. I bought this program based on it's claims of what it could do. Even though the condition status of my PC was indicating "Excellent" after running my repairs, I still experienced the same old problems. Well I'm sort of disappointed in what SM claimed it would do. Not what I expected at all.

My wife actually bought it. But it worked up until it was actually a total Windows8 failure!! And on another computer the graphics card is going bad.

I purchased System Mechanics to repair issues with my pc. I was getting the blue screen of death, and the pc seemed a little slower. Program was easy to install and easy to scan the pc. Then picking what I wanted to fix. Worked well for what I purchased it for.

This program has it all firewall, antivirus, malware killer, defragmentation. More than a register cleaner. Even if you have a new P.C or Laptop this program is essential.

This program fixed all of our computer problems. One computer had 1200 errors. They are all running as new again.

I have used several versions of this utility and have had to uninstall it as many times. it works well as a utility product, but the security features are neither versatile nor strong enough to prevent compromise from external threats. I plan to use Microsoft utilities embedded within Windows.

You have a slow computer? Then System Mechanic Premium is a tool for you. Will guide you thru what you need to do to speed up the boot time. Well worth the money.

I bought this software because I had to re-download my windows package and everything else on my windows 10 system due to serious file corruption. Everything on the computer was mixed up, it was a mess. I bought one program first & returned it quickly for not doing a thing to correct my computer problems. Next I bought & used The Obit System Mechanic, and it was miraculous! It straightened out the entire system on my computer. It corrected the file structure, removed the garbage, organized the files, replaced missing hardware, it just took care of everything! I was blown away at how great it worked. From then on I was a believer in System Mechanic! Now, this program has become part of my "yearly buys" for computer software to keep my system running smoothly.

Running program on several computers and appears to be performing well. Have not had any issues since installing.

Very simple to setup and use, I'm not sure if it did anything to speed up my computer. I like the part where you can download to multiple computers.

I have installed System Mechanic on all my computers including my daughters and 7 grandchildren. Best Buy is my favorite toy store and I am in there at least three times a week. I have used it for years and enjoy it's performance in organization of files and cluster corrections plus showing the results when it is complete. I recommend it to all my friends. Dave Guerin

I've had 4-5 different brands of PC maintenance/troubleshooting software over the years, and so far this is the most impressive one. Comprehensive set of tools, fairly user-friendly and simple, and seems to be a good mitigation for the inevitable Microsoft Windows annoyances.

I bought a competitor at Best Buy hoping to regain some memory on my nearly full laptop primary disc, but actually lost nearly all the memory I had before the install and was constantly being bugged by pop up push advertisements to buy more varieties of the firm's software. The System Mechanic software gained a significant amount of memory and doesn't intrude into my computing with popup push commercials. I plan to stay with it.
