I HAD ISSUES AFTER LOADED PROGRAM AND WHEN I CALLED TECH SUPPORT IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE AN ANSWER WITHIN 48HRS, AND NEVER CONTACTED ME FOR WEEKS.
