I bought this in June of 2019... now (March of 2021) it no longer holds a charge. It still works fine when plugged in but it really defeats the purpose of having a portable speaker.

It was a good speaker until 2 months later the buttons for next and bass boost didnt work unless you plug it in, im guessing some electrical issue or i got a bad made one, like all ion after about 6 months the battery starts to die off, its also really heavy would recommend putting somewhere you wont be moving much but either that its still a decent speaker

Bass could definitely be better. Bought it cheap and battery a bit questionable. Used it a couple tailgate parties

Unfortunately this speaker arrived DOA. I was really looking forward to having it at the beach. Luckily our local BB had a similar one for the same price, the ION Sport, and it has exceeded expectations. Loud enough for the back porch and will be fun to have at the beach!

I'm surprised how loud this gets, it will be excellent for listening to music while working on loud projects. The sound capacity doesn't lessen the quality. The added tool storage and water-resistant design make this a great gift for just about anyone. It's heavyish, it won't get blown over, but is still easy for me to move around. I have no issue with the radio signal, I'd recommend not getting a radio if you're in a metal or lead box, metal blocks radio waves @Adam.

I have a speaker that I bought almost a year ago on April 18 and it does something like a month and a half, it charges the battery for about four hours and the charge lasts for 2 or 3 minutes, I want to know what I can do to send an email to ion speakers and they only answered that I had tried to contact them ... now my question is what can or should I do to see if I can solve this problem ..... thanks

usb didnt work everything else works fine but usb shut down the speaker when trying to use

Huge sound. Holds fishing tools. Holds small tackle on top. Withstands water splashes and can recharge phones with the need to run the boats motor.

unit has good sound, but am a bit disappointed that inside my steel sided building I cannot pick up a single radio station with it.

I was excited to see the ion on sale for under $100. Great size, 3 speakers, handles. Water resistant. After my first use, I knew I had to return it. The pros, looks great, durable, charging port, water resistant. The Cons Sounds HORRIBLE. Shallow sound, NO BASS. Being it is a speaker, 1 con is enough If it's sound.
