just stop working ... I tried it on two different cars with no luck ... made sure it's charge up ... in the first couple of weeks it work beautifully ... not sure what went wrong

Do not buy this junk, it stopped working after 3 months, the microphone is junk, so, it's essentially worthless.

I really enjoyed the product at first, within a few days the consistency dropped dramatically. I was always trying to connect and sink. I returned it.

This product did not work well at all in our 1998 Lexus. It kept being ejected and wouldn't line up with the heads of the tape player.

Very disappointed in the audio quality. Purchased because my car doesn't have Bluetooth. Not satisfied.

Broke within two days of receiving it, I believe from the cold. Worked well before that.

My had issues with it. She couldn't hear anything and was returned for a different one.

Broke in Two weeks. I can't find receipt or else i would return.

Mine went back for a wired cassette adapter. The Ion one was very hard to pair. Battery ran down in less than 2 hours, sometimes one. Then yesterday could not pair at all. And the FF symbol came up on my radio without me doing anything. Sound was good on most songs. But, heavier bass songs sounded bad. Too bad, great idea. I will comment on wired one, an Insignia.

I bought one of these before but it had wires and didn't work at all! I like this one because it's Bluetooth so no wires!! and it works perfectly! Plays as clear as the radio.

Purchased this a little over a month ago at Best Buy. The microphone doesn't work that well (yes, I took it out of the sleeve). People complained about not being able to hear me, but it did work. I just have to almost yell when talking on the phone. The audio quality isn't great, even for a tape adapter. Using a wired tape adapter sounds better than this unit. It works and it's acceptable, just don't expect much low end (bass). To clarify the product description, this unit turns itself on when the cassette starts playing/spinning, not when you insert the tape. You can leave the tape inserted into the tape player and it'll only turn on when the tape is actually playing. You DON'T have to eject the tape to get it to turn off. This unit got a 1-star review though because it won't charge. I suspect it never was able to charge since I used it sparingly. Once the battery ran out, I tried to charge the unit with 3 different USB chargers, none of them were able to charge this unit even though they ALL were able to charge my phone so I know it's the cassette adapter itself. Unfortunately I bought this unit about 40 days ago, so pass the return/exchange period so now I have to go thru ION to hopefully get a replacement. I hope the company stands by their products and doesn't charge me $10 shipping just to exchange a $25 product I bought a little over a month ago. Had the charging worked, I would keep using it. It's not horrible, it's just not stellar. It just works.

Sound is pretty good, very convenient, but microphone could work better

Its perfect, just have to put the microphone side in for the best sound quality and thats all i care and hit number 2 after putting casette in the casette deck to not hear weird noise. Overall after figuring that out its great and should work for every casette deck

I don't want to change out my car stereo and this was a great solution for me. (It's a 6 disc player with a cassette player) The adapter itself is a *touch* on the noisy side BUT I tend to listen to my music loud enough that it isn't an issue. The battery last an okay amount of time. It is perfect for me to use during the weekdays on my morning and evening commute. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I think it an excellent solution for anyone who may have a "vintage" car and doesn't want to deal with changing out the stereo.

Used to use the wired ones but the connector would always go bad. This should fix that issue. I've had this for a few months, you just have to remember to charge it. Only complaint is I wish it had a some warning right before the battery dies. I have not used the microphone portion of this. Strictly used for music. I would agree with the battery life listed in the description.

Worked just as described. I have a Mark Levinson stock system so with a little EQ tuning it sounded pretty good.

It did everything as advertised wish it had more bass capability but sonically absolutely great.
