Tried to return it to the store less than 30 days after online order date and store would not allow the return due to return policy being within FIFTEEN DAYS. It till at least 7 to ship!!!! Thoroughly disappointed in Best Buy!!!!

Wouldn't power up

Unpacked it and charged it up overnight. In the morning, I went to power it on and sync it, but it never powered up. No lights, no power. Connected it up to a wall socket and still no power. So I bought a $100 fake rock. Returned it the next day.

It only lasted until September before it stopped working. Contacted manufacturer via email. Received an automated response informing me that a support representative had responded to my email and if that was not received that email visit their website by clicking on a hyperlink. That hyperlink was flagged by my MacBook's antivirus software. Won't buy any products from this manufacturer again.

Didn’t last

They worked great for a couple months then both quit working. I purchased them from BestBuy and got the protection plan because the reviews were mixed. I just retuned the speakers, minus the $40 I paid for the protection plan. Disappointed they didn’t hold up, but my experience with BestBuy was excellent.

Worked great at first, all of a sudden stopped and will not turn on/off/play music- NOTHING. Opened a dispute with my credit card to get my money back as I am “out of the return date” for Best Buy. Complete trash. Don’t waste your money

Also the speakers would not stay connected to each other like it said they would. I returned them the next day.
