ONE OF THE SPEAKERS WORKED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND STOPPED. Best Buy SAYS ITS NOT RETURNABLE EVEN THOUGH ITS ONLY BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE DELIVERED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered these...1st on is awesome...second one to use the signalmoff.of the other one to keep multiple speakers going is horrible. Always dropped signall all the time..do not buy these.

Absolutely NOT worth the money. They have all but stopped working. In less than two years.

It was dead on arrival. This was a complete failure. Due to the weatherproofing, there is no further troubleshooting than trying to use it and accepting that it was broken.

Terrible product. Bought two. Both stopped working after 3 days. Fortunately Best Buy has great customer service, but save yourself trouble and but something else.

Starts off great but didn’t last a full summer. I recommend getting the coverage to replace so your not risking your hard earned money on the purchase.

2 of the 3 purchased have already had issues. One cane damaged. One won’t cut on after 3 weeks! So disappointed

Returned the second speaker because there is a noticeable lag when linked. 3 months later the first speaker won’t keep a charge.

I bought two in July of 2020. One of them completely stopped working by October of 2020.

I called ion could not pair up with xl sport to work together and no one called me back so I sent it back for return

Worked great the first week and then stopped connecting and never worked again.

Only had this for a few months and will not charge back! Almost like it has a short in it!

Sound was horrible kept cutting out and wouldn’t stay charged up returned them to store

Cuts off to much you have too turn it on every 15 minutes not a fan of the sounds

The system does not work I am not happy with this product don’t waste your money

They work fine for a while and then they cut in and out. Not worth the money

It last only 4 mo now without protection is garbage.

Ok so I'm kinda conflicted. Purchased one of these Ion rock speakers two years ago and liked it so much I bought a second one to pair a few months after. Fast forward two years and today one does not turn on anymore and now I can only get the second to work for about an hour before it says it needs to be charged and turns off. While I've been happy with the speakers, I'm not sure that I want to keep buying a pair every two years. I'd hope they could last longer than just two years...

I’ve had a pair of them for over a year and they never worked right. They’re supposed to pair but it never works - it works for a few minutes after 10 minutes of trying. After a while they play for a few minutes and there’s a message that the battery is low and it shuts down. They’re supposed to be solar - doesn’t work at all. We keep them in direct sun. OK - solar charge isn’t working - we’ll charge them. No luck. Charged them overnight and same thing. Called ION and they said the batteries were bad and needed to be replaced. Paid $40 for new batteries and no change. We called ION again and the call goes from a forever hold to a message that says you’ve reached us outside business hours or we’re experiencing heavy volume and can’t take your call and hangs up! Stay far away!!!

Bought 2 speakers for my outdoor patio and they worked great for about 2 weeks. We charged it both ways, solar and normal charger but would not respond or play music. Contacted company directly and submitted a claim, received confirmation but never heard anything. Submitted another claim, received confirmation but again-no response. Waste of money. Would not recommend.
