We bought this speaker for my nephew to use as a speaker/PA at his wedding. The supplied microphone was nice and the voice audio quality was great. Worked great for music and the combination or Bluetooth and the ability to charge it and use it completely wirelessly makes it great for any occasion. I gave 4 stars because the sound quality does begin to suffer at higher volume.

Excellent outdoor speaker. The first thing I checked was if it had effective rubber ‘plugs’ to keep out moisture and it does indeed have the best I’ve seen. It does have a very nice array of functionality: AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, phone charging port, rechargeable battery and microphone to name the top functions. I did find the Bluetooth pairing was really easy. Also the radio worked very well and did have a seek/scan feature as well as preset capability. The battery life proved as advertised at 50 plus hours. It came with a something not often found: an informative printed manual. You can even link two speakers or more together. I found that having the microphone was a great idea as it does turn this into a portable outdoor PA system. The speakers had very good volume, however the sound was not the greatest. Since it is an outdoor speaker the less than robust sound is not as important since there is a lot of ambient noise anyway. So I did not deduct for the sound – and the sound was very good and you also could press the Bass Button to get a little richer sound from the speaker. The charging port is very important so you can plug in your phone and it will ensure your phone won’t go dead while using the speaker at an outdoor party or BBQ. I did use it at my garage sale to make ‘sort of announcements’ over the din of the crowd – so that was really nice to be able to do. I also used it by my Hot Tub and that was another wonderful advantage of this waterproof speaker that does not have to be plugged into power. The features provided and included microphone/cables make this a great purchase at the price point. I do highly recommend this for those wanting to have a rechargeable outdoor speaker. It can also be used indoors as I did to improve my TV sound.

This speaker is perfect for grilling out, sand volleyball, car stereo, and more! Bluetooth works great, and you can charge your phone from the speaker!

The ion Bluetooth speaker has great sound quality. Good balance of sound. The volume is good but doesn’t get that loud.

I use this for my boat and it really jams! Plenty of battery life for an all day river trip and super loud for its size and weight

This speaker has great sound. It is extremely durable, which is great for outdoor use. The mic is a great plus for a karaoke night.

I bought these as a pair to connect for parties and outdoor events, they are great, I literally use atleast one just about every day during the summer for outside and one stays in my room, the sound is great, just don't have your sound turned all the way up on your phone or it will sound a little squeaky, so tone it down just a little and I promise you will be happy.
