perfect cell phone holder I love it and it is very strong.

Try it in my car for the 1st time and it was very convenient as far as charging the battery is concerned I didn't have to plug in my phone into anything just connected to the the socket and everything fall in the place amazing. Comparing to previous car you know I always have issues now it's much better

I got this on sale, not sure it is worth the normal pricing. I wanted the Qi charging, but wasn't looking for the little automatic arms, which I find somewhat annoying and slow down docking/undocking the phone. First you wait for them to open, then you have to hold your phone against the mount and wait for them to close. When you get out of the car, you have to remember to get your phone out before you turn off the ignition, or else you are at the mercy of the internal battery that doesn't always seem to want to hold a charge long enough to release your phone (at least, not when it's cold outside). I'd much rather have had this mount with a standard manual release - push the phone in and it immediately clamps, push the side buttons and immediately release. No waiting for the little motor to move the arms. That said, it does quickly charge my s10e and I love the adjustability of the mount... telescoping in/out is a nice feature for vehicles where the window is far from the dash. 5 stars for the charging/adjustability, 3 stars for the motorized arms.

The mount is well built, and charges at a reasonable speed for a wireless charger. It’s quite sturdy under normal temperatures, but unfortunately the mounting adhesive melted and the mount fell over while holding my phone earlier today. If you live in an area that experiences 100° temperatures, don’t buy this mount.

Great quality manufacturing. Solid mount, Solid adjustment joints, solid phone grip. Works well. You have to be patient when putting your phone in the mount because you have to put your phone near it to get it to open the grips, then rest your phone on the "forks" and hold it there until the grips close to hold the phone. It takes 3-4 seconds, but is easy enough to do single handed. The ball-joint on the back of the phone holder is a pain to get tight enough to keep it from sagging under the weight of our phones (iPhone X). Once it is tightened enough, it holds steady though. I've had to unplug the device & plug it back in a couple of times to get the wireless charger to work, but in all fairness, this is summer-time in Texas with 100 degree days & it's easily 115 degrees inside the vehicle in the sun. With the combination of the Texas sun and the heat generated by wireless charging, sometimes my phone will go into a "warning/overheating" mode and won't allow use of the camera until it cools down. This is more phone related, but never happened with a charger cable plugged in, so that was a new issue to consider for us. On hot days, the wireless charging will barely keep up with Google Maps GPS/directions usage on my iPhone X. With a 45 minute drive, the phone's battery will still be at the same % at the end of the trip that it was at the beginning. This means it's charging at the same rate that the GPS is using the battery. When I'm plugged in, I'm able to charge & use GPS at the same time, so I have to consider that if I'm on a road trip & I need the battery to charge while I use it. Overall, I'm glad I bought this mount for my wife's car. It works well for 80% of our needs. I won't be buying another one for my other vehicle though.

Great product. Fairly easy to set-up, just make sure you have something to dust/clean whatever surface you are adhering it too; otherwise, it came with everything else you need to set it up. So far (~20 days), I have not had any issues with it falling off the mount, nor the mount coming loose from the dash, and it charges as fast and well as expected (Samsung Galaxy S22+ takes approximately 1.5 hours to charge when completely dead). Would definitely recommend.

The iOttie AutoSense Charging Mount is awesome! I have to be honest, I used my best Buy rewards points to purchase this mount. I probably would not have paid the full price, but I have to say that I'm impressed so far. I needed to mount mine on top of my truck dash and iOttie provides a very strong adhesive mounting plate that uses a VHB (very high bond) tape for adhering to most surfaces. Once the plate was in place, you then use the suction cup to cling to the plate. This creates a very strong mounting base. Of course, everything is plastic, but the construction is very solid. The cradle has a small sensor that reflects a light off the back of your cell phone and is very responsive. The cradle arms open and close easily and with almost no noise at all. The cradle arms clamp my phone with plenty of strength. Next, the Qi charging. I was a little concerned about whether it would charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but it works perfectly and my phone instantly indicates fast charging! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a very solid mounting solution along with wireless fast charging!
