Mediocre charging. That is, if it will even charge. It's aligned but it constantly loses charging connection. It may be impacted by the otterbox defender case. Thing is, when I first started using it, the charger worked great. It progressively got worse over time. Cd mount is solid it just blocks my radio view. Vent mount works loose over time although it hasn't fell but I do have to push it back on the vent fins every few days.

Great phone holder. Charges quickly and allows me to easily see my phone GPS as I drive. HOWEVER-we went back to Best Buy to purchase a phone yesterday and NO ONE waited on us or even acknowledged our presence. We stood by the phones for so long that we were able to purchase a phone from Verizon's website for next-day pick up. We weren't invisible to them, so they got our business.

Works great only drawback is you have to install on you air vents . I missed that part when I ordered it. But it dose a great job on charging the phone!

Works pretty well. The vent clip is not as tight as I would like. Charging is not particularly fast either

It has a good build quality. The CD player mount can be a little tough to fit in snug. I actually prefer the air vent clip that comes with it. I have been using the clip for the past few weeks and it has kept its place securely. If your vehicle’s air vents are not sturdy, however, then I would definitely go with the CD player mount option.

It’s induction so charging is slow but it’s convenient not having to find the cord and then plug it in

This gets three stars because the mount itself is fantastic. However, the charging portion overheats my phone and makes the battery stop charging altogether - which means I sometimes have to take it out of the holder and wait for it to cool before hooking it back up - not the best thing to do while driving. A regular usb-c charger doesn't have the same issue

I drive a dump truck for a living and am seldom in smooth roads loading and unloading. Using the vent clip this thing stats put exactly where you put it no matter how jarring the ride. Another bonus is having your phone charged and one handed removal and placement of phone is a bonus for sure.

I definitely love the convenience of docking and charging so effortlessly! This mount has held up to rigorous use in a Dodge Ram yet still functions like it did the day I installed it in the Best Buy parking lot! Would recommend and purchase again!

Needed a phone charger that was good enough to hold the new S21 plus. It has wireless charging which is great. And comes with an adapter to put in the CD slot which I ended up using because my vents weren't strong enough to hold the phone up.

Easy to use and doesn’t fall off. It is a bit hard to turn though

This phone charger works great and having the ability to use the air vent or cd tray to mount is great also. I already had two of them for about year and just bought the third one the other day.

Probably the best phone mount I have used in the car, No more vent mounts that heat up the phone if it's a chilly day. Charges quickly on the way to work, and I almost never have to worry about running out of battery.

Great engineering, fast charge works great, I use the vent mount, have not used the cd mount option yet. Note 10 + with the otter box defender series is heavy together so the vent mount drops dn when you hit a bump on the road!

I had the original cradle that just holds the phone but stabbing my phone to death messed up the connection so now I’m only able to charge my phone wirelessly and this was awesome to upgrade to. Takes about 20 mins for every 10% of charge on my iPhone.

Great product. My old phone doesn’t charge via port anymore so getting this while in the car really helps in wireless charging. Very convenient.

Well-designed unit that slides into the slot of my CD player securely and holds the phone in place right where I want it. Great for using Waze and staying out of traffic trouble on my commute.
