One of the main reasons for buying from Best Buy is the great Geek Squad support as they are excellent!

Great for smaller phones

It works well with smaller phones. I just put my phone on there and it sticks and I drive away. The only downfall is it doesn’t work so well with the bigger phones. They fall off if you make a sharp curve. For larger phones I recommend some thing actually has arms to hook it in.
