Great, easy to use alternative to larger products. Im used to the clamshell style phone holder and was hesitant about the stability of this one but I was pleasantly surprised at how strong the magnet is and how easy it is to set up.

For an air vent car mount, this one works really well. It stays in place and does a decent job of holding the phone. It has made my using of my phone, in the car, a lot more user friendly, whether it's for directions, hands-free calling or music.

The magnet holds the phone very well in portrait and landscape mode. And they provide extra little plastic pieces to put between the metal and the phone to prevent scratches to the phone. I have and iPhone 11(all glass) so this little piece of plastic they thought of makes all the difference. And with ANY phone case that you have, (unless it’s transparent, in which case, it’s very minimal and not terrible looking) you don’t even know that it’s there! I also really like that it’s not a big bulky contraption or something I have to stick to my windshield or anything like that. You barely even notice it in the vent. Also the cool air coming out of the vent keeps the phone cooled down while I’m out doing Postmates (where my phone is always on and generating a lot of heat while using the navigation). Only downside is that the vent is always pointing down so the phone tilts toward you when in the holder. Not a big deal at all, and maybe I just don’t have it installed entirely correctly. Overall, I love this thing while I’m out doing Postmates. Makes it wayyyyy more efficient, and a lot safer, while out on the road.

Simple (though not always easy) to unlock the mount from the car vent and remove it, to take it with the phone and use it as a phone stand as well as a grip for the phone. It's small and light enough, and the magnet is very strong. Just what I was looking for-and more.

I was sceptical that this small device would hold my Galaxy Note 8 in an Otterbox but it does. I do sometimes need to adjust it after going over railroad tracks but it has worked well so far. I may buy another for the other car.

I've tried a few mounts and this one does work great and is very convenient but unfortunately if you use wireless charging at home or the office, the metal plate will interfere. Otherwise it's great. I will get another vent mount but one with a cradle.

I used this car mount with zero issues until I upgraded to a MagSafe compatible 14 plus and replaced it with iOttie’s MagSafe version. Very satisfied with their products.

Mount seats snuggly on the car vent. My phone seats easily and safely on the magnet. It takes an extreme bump to cause the phone to fall from the mount.

I love this mount. I use it for my iPhone and although it takes a little maneuvering for some vent styles, I found it very easy to install and was using it within minutes if opening the box. Very strong magnet that holds my phone securely.

Sleek and small. I have the big magnet on the back of my phone and my phone case over it and have never had problems with my phone falling off or sliding down. Easy to just take your phone on and off of it, I would definitely recommend this over one that holds your phone any day!

Good product, very strong magnet. It holds your full size or smaller iPhone in place. Just don’t smack it off unintentionally like I have done reaching for the radio volume knob!

This is a great product. The magnet is strong enough to keep my phone up even through pot holes and it is very convenient to just snap it on.

I think this is a great product but the magnet doesn’t let you use wireless charging. The magnet is very strong but sadly it interferes with wireless charging which I use often. But other than that I think this is a great product for anyone who needs a vent mount.

Works as it should and low profile. Magnet is strong and the retainer on the back holds tight onto the air vent without slipping unless you have an incredibly heavy phone with a chunky case. Definitely better quality than purchasing a $4.99 TJ Maxx or Ross version

Holds phone well. The only drawback to this phone holder is that the metal plate prevents wireless charging.

Great for my mom. She was looking atbthe phine to get directions but having this on the dash is much safer. She was able to install it easily. The magnet on this one is strong.

I have had several car phone holders in the past and this one beats them all. Holds my device solidly in the vent and does not get in the way of other controls.

I used to have a similar product that fit into the CD player slot, but my new car doesn't have a CD player, so I was looking for a magnetic holder that would work in this vehicle. The iOttie does the trick! The jaws are a little hard to open to get it onto the vent fin, but once it is there and the collar tightened, it holds really well. I especially like that I can put the magnetic plate in between my phone and its case without having to attach the sticky side to my phone and it still works solidly. I definitely recommend this product!

This definitely works. I like that it comes with specifically sized metal plates for both case AND non-case mobile phone users. 10/10 when it comes to long drives on extremely bumpy roads. Magnet is too powerful for its own good I love it.

So easy to use! Great for the new hands free laws. Puts the phone at eye level. The magnet is super strong too!
