I love it. I bought originally for my iPad and it works great for it but also works great for my phone. Good strong mount. Suction cup is incredible, and the magnet is pretty strong as well.

Strong suction from such a small cup. Holds in place and magnet is strong. Fits great in my 2020 Nissan Kicks, right on the steering column.

Great! I attached this product on my 2010 Ford F150 dash and it stands very nicely! When I travel long distances out of town, I attach my IPhone 13 Pro Max on the stand, and never seems to give me issues.

I have a note 10+ holds it good without a case it comes with 2 plates one to stick to your phone and one to the case. With the case it's too heavy to hold it good.

The item became wasn’t sticky enough. The magnet wasn’t fitting my phone.

Super Strong magnet and suction cup. This mount really stays put! The kit comes with a thin, self stick metal plate. This provides a easy and strong attachment to the rare earth magnet in the mount arm. The suction cup on the base is strong too. Even before I engage the suction clamp, it sticks like glue! It does release when desired. I love how well it stays put. The magnet quickly allows me to secure my device without fumbling or fighting the attachment. A real time saver! I find the pivot on the base has a fair amount of freedom; it's a tad tricky to find the right location on the dash or window. My car's windshield is VERY steep. Technical Note: I didn't want to commit to making a mistake on placement or find the metal plate interfered with my cell's signal, so I temporarily used scotch tape to hold it. Once that proved out, I was ready to permanently adhere it to my phones back. I bet phone protectors coming with built in steel mounting pads.

I have struggled with windshield or dashboard mounts for smartphones. Most are unstable and shake while driving. The iTap 2 Magnetic Dash Board Mount is SOLID, mounts to either a windshield or comes with a supplied mount pad with adhesive backing for your dashboard. I don't know about you but I really hesitate to apply anything to a dashboard, especially since I lease my vehicles. One thing you do have to do is attach a metal plate to the back of your phone, again this might not be something your are overly comfortable with, but I just sandwich the metal plate between the back of the phone and the case. Easy. The mount has a super strong magnet and holds a phone of any size, securely. The only thing is the mount is small and does not really extend, so don't expect it to project from your windshield (as it remains close). Overall this is a really good, solid phone mount that is well built. Highly recommended.

This tiny mount comes with a plastic protector and two plates. The bigger metal plate is to put between your phone and case(use the plastic protector to avoid scratches on your phone), and another black plate to stick outside the phone case, for strong hold. In my case I have a thicker and sturdy case that holds my phone strong. So I just stuck the bigger metal plate on the outside of my phone case. Even with only one plate, the magnet on the mount was holding the phone strongly. I have tried this both on the dashboard and the windshield with an iPhone XR. In both places the phone was held tightly without any shake. I believe it would even hold a bigger phone as well. I was able to put the phone in regular mode as well as landscape mode. Overall I like the build quality, strong hold, the tiny form factor, and the 2 year warranty from iottie.
