I’ve searched high and low for a stable phone holder for my car. Everything I’ve tried with the exception of a different magnetic holder either dropped my phone or was so shaky it made me nauseous. The other magnet brand worked great but the mechanism that was turned to apply suction to the dashboard or windshield, broke like clockwork after six months and cost about $50. I bought a couple of those because no other option was available that “worked”. I found this unit at Best Buy - no sign of the other brand that breaks. So far it is working great. It’s much easier to install and I’m hoping it lasts longer than the six month life I got on the other brand. Nice pivot head for ideal viewing.

Man I love this thing. So convenient in the car set it and forget it. Lol you dont have to worry about your phone falling in the car or anything. You will not regret this gizmo in your collection.

Holds excellently well. The rinse and reuse suction cup works pretty good. Only complaint is that it's really only good when it's cooler out/there's no direct sunlight - my phone overheated very quickly in the summer heat. The magnetic back does not help with this - it makes the phone overheat much faster. Works fine for short jaunts though

Good holder. You can put it in mulitplue spots, magnet is pretty good so no worries breakung your phone (mine anyway) will work with the suction cup so you dont have to permantky install it on your dash.

It is very handy. I like it more than the clip thing. The only thing is you have to put a magnetic tape (which is included) to your phone. I didn't mind. Very easy to put on the mount compare to the clip. Only thing is once you position it in your car, you can't move it again. You should test out the correct position before glueing it.

Love this car mount! The magnetic feature is amazing. You can hide the magnet in your phone case and the contact is very strong. Holds my Galaxy S22 Ultra with rugged outter box case with no problem. It has never fall off not once!

Great little gadget that performs exactly as promised. I have it attached to my windshield and it’s been rock solid.

Have other hottie products and love them. Only giving 4 stars to this one because sticker provided to place on dashboard for auction cup came off the next day and was useless. Had to glue suction directly to dashboard leather which is still holding despite the texture of the dashboard. But will definitely leave a mark on the dashboard once I remove it.

It seems to work pretty well, though I should've looked more closely at the console in my car before purchasing. It's curved toward the front and only becomes flat farther back toward where it meets the windshield. Anyway it worked out fine, a snug fit for the phone against the windshield, but secure enough thanks to the magnet holder. One thing I don't care for about the iOttie - iTap 2 is that it doesn't rotate-- i.e. you can't adjust the angle of your phone. You have to make sure you get it right when sealing it to the console or windshield
