I had a different suction cup mount that had the bendable arm. I wanted something a little more rigid so I bought this. At first it started out great, but after several months, the internal point where the suction cup attaches to the mount gets "loose" and the arm starts to wiggle/rotate around the suction cup. The suction cup is strong and hasn't released, but the wiggling is annoying. This may be due to heat, but regardless, the one I use to have never had this issue.

Simple and modern design for a sturdy mount. May be a bit too much for a Max series iPhone though.

It's just ok. Not the greatest for holding a phone and it's pretty limited in its use.

Did not work as expected. Suction sticker is terrible.

3 ways to get this device to stick to you windshield or dash and I did not want to use the tape or glue method as it leaves a giant mark on the dashboard. I hoped the suction would work so I could put it in my glove compartment when I was not in the car. But they have a sticker you have to remove in order to use the suction cup so this was a no go for me. It just went in the trash. Don’t waist your money on this product unless you want to use the tape/sticker method.

Does not work as advertised. This item is a waste of 20 bucks, honestly

I love iOttie products but this one fell so short of expectations. It's the worst phone mount I have ever used. It will not stay stuck down on my dash. I have never had this problem. I put the flat disk down (which I haven't had to do before) and tried to suction this mount to it but it doesn't hold, not even for an entire drive home from work. I am beyond frustrated because I threw away the box and cannot return it. I had previously used the iOttie - Easy One Touch 5 Universal Dash with no issues, but wanted the mag mount. I will be throwing the iTap 3 away.

Worked good for about 3 months. Summer heat affects its ability to maintain the stickiness on the suction cup

Terrible. Dont waste your money. Followed the instructions carefully, however, cell phone will NOT stay on the holder even after repeated attempts. So disappointing. Too late to return so no refund.

I had my grandson set this up and and it kept on falling off the windshield. I have a leather dashboard and the instructions indicate NOT to use it on leather.

Not sticky at all, dont waste your money. Couldn’t get it installed, doesnt stick to any surface.

Does stick for a little while then it keeps falling off the dashboard. Even tried it on the glass and still falls down

Bought this to replace my magsafe car vent phone holder. Really prefer this as it doesnt freeze or heat up my phone since it is no longer on the air vent. Sticks really good. Stable in rough roads, doesnt sway. Strong magnets. And comfortable positions.

This phone mount is very easy to use and it's very sturdy once attached. I went over multiple potholes and speed bumps and the mount felt very stable and didn't wobble around unlike other magnetic car mounts I've used so far. Very happy with my purchase:)

Umm, so I needed a phone holder for my car, and I found this thing at Best Buy. It works.

Quality item. Works great with holding the phone in a sturdy position while driving.

Works great, hanst failed me yet. Easy to install and use. Adjustible so i can easily move it if needed, extend the arm outward or up/down.

This product was great! It fit just right my dashboard and make easy to place my phone to see.

It lasted a month. Unfortunately i was assuming I could return it within 30 days. Nope, not anymore. It had a 15 day return policy. And don’t even bother going directly to the company I was completely shocked how unprofessional they were they could’ve cared less I have the receipt it was in my Best Buy account so that didn’t matter either. It was like literally 29 days.
