    This works really well and has been a good solution to a phone mount in my car. Using the slats of the air vent seems to work the best as there aren’t really any good places for a phone mount in my car. This grips the air vent very effectively and I’m able to position the angle of my phone for a good view of the screen without glare from the sun. The only down side is that it blocks air from exiting the vent effectively. Although it does keep the phone nice and cool even with the sun hitting the phone!

    I got this for travel - I keep it in my backpack, and whenever I’m driving a rental vehicle that doesn’t have CarPlay, I can use this to have my navigation handy. I love that it doesn’t have any movable plastic parts that coukd snap or break in my backpack. The vent clip works well, as long as the slits are horizontal. It would be nice if there was a ring to help tighten the clips. Sometimes, if I hit a bump in the road, the holder can fall off - or the phone does. Otherwise works as expected..

    Great little magnetic phone mount. It’s simple and does what it says. Just make sure you have a vent in your car that will actually support it (one of our cars, for instance, doesn’t have the traditional slats, but has a sort of honeycomb mesh grill design over all the vents, so this mount will not work)

    I NEVER go for vent phone mounts but there’s not another mount I would have rather bought, especially for the price. It has several grips on it so when you put it in the vent it clamps hard and does not move. Buy this if you need an affordable, yet high quality phone mount for your car.
