Hard to give this more than 2 stars.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with an off-brand, stronger, MagSafe case and this mount absolutely does not hold my phone. I wanted to utilize the MagSafe capabilities to have a smaller mount footprint in my truck (I bought the universal wireless mount from iOttie and although it’s larger, it holds your phone in place) so I tried this one. I had it for maybe a day, and after I hit the first bump driving down the road, my phone fell off the mount. I didn’t want to try o have the mount hold my phone without the case, and the whole reason I bought this was to be able to use my phone on it while it remains in the case, so I simply returned the product.
I am still using the universal mount, though, and I thoroughly enjoy it. It’s strong, charges quickly, and hold my phone in place no matter what angle I adjust it to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear about the trouble with the magnetic hold. The Velox series was designed specifically for MagSafe phones and cases that are certified by Apple, so we are unable to advertise or guarantee compatibility with third-party MagSafe cases that are not certified by Apple. Furthermore, we have discovered that the new camera size is incompatible with some third-party MagSafe cases, interfering with the sweet spot connection because of the size of the camera bump. This problem should not arise while using a Magsafe Apple case MagSafe case or when attaching directly to the phone.

I Order this product as it has a fan to keep your phone cool. I live in Australia and it gets quite hot, now my phone is protected from the heat.

It does nothing to help cool your phone, that’s definitely false advertising. I would most definitely never buy this again or recommend it.
