Haven't had any problems with this yet. Love the wireless charging.

Holds iPhone well and strong. Does not fall off when bumpy. Only problem was it did not charge really. I drive for DoorDash and Spark and when doing deliveries or using Apple Maps, it would not charge my iPhone at all. It would actually go down.

Magnet is strong, suction cup sticks to the window well. It is a little shaking when driving and intermittent charging issue where it starts and stops charging repeatedly while driving.

Overall great sturdy and charges my phone perfect.

We purchased 2 of these chargers and they were easy to assemble. They do work really well and are convenient. My reason for 4 stars is because one of them had the magnetic face fall off and now it wont stay in and you cant place a phone on it. It happed 1 day after bestbuys 14 day return policy so i have 1 broken charger that is useless. The other works awesome though (both are in the same vehicle and the dash so have the same conditions.

I have tried various car mounts for my cell phone. I own a Silverado and the windshield is more angled downward into the dash, making it difficult to find a mount that does not block the view. The flexible head, ability to attach to the windshield and the fact that it charges is the biggest plus. The cord is long enough to reach from the far left side of the drivers window to the center of the truck where the charge port is. My favorite part- it actually stays mounted to the window regardless of temperature outside!

The magnet worked great, although it did not charge my phone (Samsung s25 Ultra) The one i got was possibly defective. It would have worked great had it charged correctly. I returned and got a different one.

Has stayed on my dash since I put it there!!!!!!!!

Charges fast and has a good magnet. It starting disconnecting and reconnecting every 30 seconds. I decided to point a ac vent towards it and it stopped. This leads me to believe it may have cooling issues.

At first glance I looks like a cheap car mount but now I’m surprised because it holds on to my phone really well and and whole thing it’s pretty strong so it does not shake that much

Works as well as advertised. I only wish the arm were more flexible, and not with set ratchet-like notches. Otherwise, a great product

My new car has built in wireless charging, but it put the phone down in the console. I like the phone to be where I can view it without picking it up. My car has wireless CarPlay, so I didn't want to have to plug in my phone every time. This holder accomplishes both well.

It’s difficult to get this phone holder to stick to the windshield. It holds for a little while and then falls. I will be returning as I don’t want my phone damaged due to a bad quality product.

This really holds to the windshield well!!! I have had zero issues, keeps my phone charged and it doesn’t fall down while I’m driving!

2007 Lexus ga 350, put right infront of my shifter ,sorta is in the way but it best place is right there.

Glue that secures the magnet on the mount for my iPhone 16 max pro was not strong enough. Had to super glue it on after it fell off. Otherwise works great.

First time I used a magnetic phone holder/charger. Was always afraid the phone would drop on bumps but this thing holds solid and has a good fast charge. Have been sold on its quality and have one in every car now. Well made car mount and worth the money.
