    I bought this charger to charge an iPhone and a Galaxy S25. With both phones, it would charge to the stopping point I set in the phones battery saver, then it would start constantly waking my device with the reason being that it was being put on a charger. Instead of maintaining an extremely low current that the phones use to detect still being on a charger but not charging, it would completely cut the current which registered as the phone being removed from the charger. If I want a light show while I'm driving down the road, I'll install some light strips in my truck. I wouldn't recommend this charger.

    I’ve actually thrown this product away. It doesn’t stay attached to any surface very well as I’m driving down the road it has just completely fallen off of my dashboard and my windshield. At one point, I had it on another spot on my dashboard, and when it fell, my phone was attached so it cracked the screen thankfully, it was just the screen protector.

    Charger was weak, my phone literally lost battery life while charging. Wouldn't hold my iPhone 13pro, the suction kept failing and the entire setup would fall over. Returned. Best Buy experience was great though!

    Maybe my phone is too heavy because it kept falling off the supposedly strong magnet. It wasn’t charging my phone so I ended up having to plug in two cords to make it work.

Did you use a case that is not MagSafe? Unfortunately, this will not work with regular cases. Especially have a strong magnetic grip. Thank you.

      Hi Heidi! If you are referring to the dashboard base, have you tried rejuvenating the suction cup? It's really easy! Just run warm water and message the suction cup underneath. Followed by letting it air dry. Afterwards, you can clean the desired application area, and then try applying the dashboard base! Hope this helps!

    This did not work for me. It wouldn't stick to the dash. The only thing it would stick to is the windshield, I can't stick it to the windshield (tint). . So even with the added sticky base, the sticky base for the dash didn't stick to anything for the holder base to stick to that. Returned in 5 days.

      Hi Yermom, this might be a dashboard material problem. Unfortunately, our dashboard Base and Pad work better on non leather surfaces. But, if this is something else, please contact iOttie customer service, and they will fix this issue.
