some of the best aspects of the item are its camera, picture quality and above all the price I got it for. The battery isn't what I am impressed with but overall I feel it was a good investment to make.

I didn't want the iPhone 5 as it is a little too big and expensive. So, I got a 4s. BestBuy had the best price. Looks, camera, interface, security and screen responsiveness are excellent. Battery life could be better, but not bad for a smart phone. I noticed that in iOS most apps do not provide an 'exit' menu option/link. As a result all of the apps that you used keep running in the background until killed explicitly (even a reboot does not kill them). Not sure if this is an iOS limitation or else just bad app design. Overall, I am very satisfied with the phone.

I am pleased with this iPhone 4S. It connects to the web quickly and the quality of the pciture is terrific. Also, uses all of my previous iPhone cables and connectors. Siri works great. Lightweight and slim design makes it easy to carry. Wonderful phone.

Previously had the 3s and loved it, but loving this even more. It's faster, and love the camera. Higher resolution , and the flash feature. Siri is great, but it uses a lot of your data plan when not hooked to Wifi. For the price, this was a great purchase...$49.00,,, the sales staff was great even though had to wait a while to get serviced. The only thing bad, was the fact the sales associate failed to let us know that there was an upgrade fee of $36 that was going to be on our first bill. There was no mention in the ad except for an activation fee, but we already had a number with AT&T and was upgrading, not activating. Also no mention of the amount of $36. The last time the upgrade fee with AT&T was only $18. Training training training Best Buy. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I replaced my 3g iPhone with this 4s and very happy with it. I do text quite a bit, take photos & videos, use some apps such as weather, music, etc. Just the right size to fit in most of my pants pockets - didn't want the iPhone 5 because it's larger in size.

I upgraded from the iPhone 4 to the 4S. The 4S is faster, takes better pictures, and (of course) has Siri. The battery life isn't quite as good, but I'll take the faster speed over charging a little more often. The best part about the AT&T iPhone 4S is you get 4G speeds (not full 4G LTE speed like on all iPhone 5s, but it is faster than my friends 4S on other carriers). I've also noticed that wifi connectivity may drop a little more easily if you hold the top part of the phone. I can sometimes get a better signal if I hold the bottom part of the phone. Overall it's a great deal. You can use the same accessories you had from the 4 and spent less than on a 5.

There is a reason every new smart phone that comes out gets compared to the iPhone, the iPhone is simply the total package when you want a phone that does everything very well. There may be some phones with better cameras or some with longer battery life but no other phone matches up across the entire spectrum of things you expect from a smartphone. The two issues I have with this phone are battery life and call quality inside buildings. I'm aware that both of these are affected by size restrictions so I'm willing accept the trade off. I rarely use the phone for actual voice calls anyway. Bottom line, if you need a smartphone, the iPhone is the smartest.

I use my iphone as my computer. It is the best phone i ever had. I love that I can see it out side. I will not upgrade unless there is a feature on the new one that i really want. I love how i can use my gift cards from my ipod on my iphone and all the apps and music i have already. I love how can use use them. Before I got my iphone i was going to get an android phone but I said then I can't use my gift cards ,apps and music that i have. Best phone ever!!!!!

i bought my dad an ipad a few months ago. he was able to learn how to use it. loves the icloud and photo stream. so when it was time to upgrade from flip phone an iphone was only natural and this was he could see kids pics through either device. he likes the maps app. he's a map geek. it's been perfect actually for my dad of 82. Its very easy for him to take pics of his great grandsons. much easier than trying to use flip phone.

I was really happy with my iphone 3gs; but the 4s is awesome! Quicker, smarter, more apps available and better camera and photo management.

This phone replaced a 5-year-old cell phone that didn't do much of anything. I researched several phones I thought I would like-- and I knew I wanted easy texting and a camera in addition to a quality phone. My son recommended this iPhone 4S phone, and I am thrilled with it. I find it very user friendly, and I am comfortable navigating through the programs. I was at Disneyland last week with grandchildren, and I took pictures and sent them easily. A bonus is that I can also access my email from my iPhone 4s!

love all the features and the apps complete the package - if you are going to have a cell phone the only choice is an IPhone 4S

I wish my phone was not so fragile. One drop and it has little cracks etc. It cost too much money to repair little cracks. I wish I can learn more about the function of the phone. It took me more than a month to figure out how to get the font size bigger so I could read my phone texts. Now I wish I could learn how to make the Internet bigger when it first pops up instead of having to widen it out to make it bigger. I wish the battery life with last longer. I love the look of the phone the weight of the phone and the size of the phone. I like the pictures it takes the clarity.

I wasn't set on getting an iphone when I started looking for a phone, but this was on sale for $50 so I thought I would try it. I'm not a technophile, but this has several features that I like. You can open new windows when using the Internet and switch back and forth without any problem. I have found that the camera takes good pictures. Plus, Siri is fun to play with. The battery is shot in less than 24 hours if I have greater than average use though.

I was a Luddite for many years before finally getting a Net 10 burn phone 3-4 years ago; which served me well. I recently decided to get a smart phone for the internet and camera perks. I must say I love my new iPhone 4S and enjoy learning to use all of it's fun features. The $49.00 price was easy to digest and I have no problems with the 2 yr AT&T contract. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about this remarkable phone!

This phone is absolutely smooth... I am still getting to know Siri, and she is very helpful. I went from a Windows based phone to an Android, then finally to the OS. OS is definately the smoothest and fastest, with ATT. I'm a believer. The only downfall is that this phone is only as good as the case you get to protect it. The screen is super fragile. But I got an Otter Box. Indoor pics could be better. Outdoor pics as incredible. The pic was taken with the front camera...My son was all amazed as you can see...

I upgraded from the 3Gs to the 4S so I obviously loved the upgraded memory, camera and overall speed. My only complaint for Apple is that my earbuds for both Apple phones were defective. You can listen to music, but the volume control didn't work on either pair. I was excited to try using them as a remote for taking pictures, but was disappointed to try it out after I had the phone a few weeks and find it didn't work. I will try returning to Best Buy to see if Apple replaces them.

Battery power is horrid! If you want to use the wi-Fi you have to do a lot of things to make sure the apps are not still running in the background killing your data plan, and battery. My wife went online to find out how to minimize our data usage. Also found out how to download music to the 4s without jail breaking it! Whew. I have a major issue if my 4s is plugged up. I really can't use it. Say I push 1 it might select & instead. It's really jumpy plugged in. Don't like that

I waited for a sale on iPhones to get this, so I felt like I got a good phone for a great value. I used to have an android, so in comparison, it's really easy to use and not as slow. The only thing is, don't drop it if you don't have a case! These phones are so easy to scratch or shatter. Otherwise, good phone!
