Quite and Powerful Workhorse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Brava Wetjet is a real deight to own. I could not believe it was so easy to setup and unbelievably quite (compared to the dry vac). It does a great job cleaning the floor. I would highly recommend this. You need to plan and order the pads and the cleaning fluid but they are not that expensive.

Excellent! Highly recommend!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is THE handiest mop bot out there. It cleans well, it’s easy to set up everything, and it’s quite intuitive! A major saver on strain over a mop. With chronic pain from Ehlers Danlos, this really saves me on repetitive motions!

Good cleaning, terrible navigation.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It cleaned well, but was completely unable to move over the transitions between our wood and tile. Frustratingly, it would make its way mostly over the transition, only to stop and backup, then repeat for 10 minutes before saying it was stuck. A reset and setting up transition zones did nothing to help. It also would confuse where it was and would become stuck as a result. Ended up returning it. We love our roomba vacuum and have no issues with it, but were disappointed with the Brava Jet.

Have hardwood or tile? Then this is a must have it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Does a great job of keeping my hardwood floor clean. Easy to refill and change the mop head Learned the house map quickly You can note rooms in the app and send the robot to clean that area only Cons: Mop head replacements are expensive (check out Amazon) Cannot cross over carpets on its own

Does poorly on dark floors unless hacked
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing really does not like dark floors. After installing 3/4" very dark hardwood I was baffled at why the m6 couldn't ever learn the room. Watching it during "mapping runs" and you'd think it was drunk just going in circles and getting lost all the time. Turns out it thought it was going over a cliff all the time and trying to get away because the floors were dark. What I learned is the floors were OK when they were dry, but when wet they appeared just a little darker and the m6 would panic all the time. Once I covered all of the cliff sensors with duct tape the thing became quite good at getting the job done. My J7+ vacuum does a great job and I really didn't get why this didn't do even partially as good. Turns out all of the iRobot mopping devices are missing most all of the sensor arrays their vacuum counterparts have :(

Go robot go, scrub, scrub, scrub!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Braava is my new best friend. I use this after my Roomba vacuums the kitchen. Braava cleans very well and easy to use. I think the only thing I don't like is that it can't go over carpet to mop another area so I only use it for my kitchen. My kitchen is a high traffic area so this makes it a time saver.

5 Stars when it works.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First one had mapping room issues. Tech support which is awesome advised we take it back to Best Buy and exchange it. Our second one after 18 hours of mapping rooms had some mapping issues also. Tech support was a great help and did resolve some issues. After creating dividers and keep our Zones and days of work she was finally working perfectly, About two weeks of training and working with it we finally had things great. Unfortunately a brand new app update redesign hit my iPhone last night and boom, major issues. I’m now receiving lost connection errors, And I’ve lost the ability to select individual rooms to clean. I called support and we tried a number of things to restore connectivity and correct room selections but no go. He recommended a full reset and yes, start all over again. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to start 18 hours of training and floor mappings over. I returned robot # 2 to Best Buy and gave up. The technology just isn’t their yet for this product. Awesome customer support though.

Cleans well, leaves streaks
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We run this mop every Friday after the iRobot vacuum. It leaves some streaks due to a design flaw. It places out the water/cleaning solution and mops going forward. However that means the wheels in the back go thru the wet floor leaving streaks. Cleans well, but slight streaks

Grand Slam
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We set our auto-mop to run at night and it is really quiet. Cleans the first floor while we sleep on the second and we wake up to a debris free floor. This is really important since we have a toddler and three dogs, and our landscaping is not done in our backyard so there is a lot of debris coming in.

Good, but gets stuck and lost a lot.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The cleaning ability isn't bad, though we had to thoroughly clean the sprayer because it randomly stopped working. The problem is that it tends to get either stuck or lost during a cleaning job and will typically finish in the middle of a room somewhere and not on its charging station. It has an amazing battery life though. It can go around 2 hours non-stop in our experience.

Ok...but not great
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product expecting it to perform as well as the Roomba vacuum. I quickly found that it frequently gets stuck while mopping a room. As others have noted, it does not clean problem areas. It will not clean any dried liquid or stain on the floor. Unlike the Roomba, it does not sense heavily soiled areas and provide extra cleaning. Basically, your floor must already be clean in order for this product to function properly. A second drawback is that if the rooms are separated by carpeting, the Braava will not travel over a carpet to get to the other rooms, which means the entire floor plan for that level of your home will not be mapped. If you want to mop rooms that are separated by carpeting, you must pick up the unit and carry it to each room. Another drawback is the inability to combine maps...i.e., if you map out different rooms on the same floor that are separated by carpeting, you cannot combine those maps for a more complete picture of that level of your house...but since the product will not travel over the carpet anyway, it wouldn’t really make a difference if you could. If you’re going to use it every day or every couple days, it is a good product. But if you’re cleaning less frequently than that, it’s better to use a manual mop and bucket.

Cannot go over small thresholds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost useless if you have divider strips between your rooms or floor types. I have to move it from room to room. Cannot go over anything over 3mm. Seems to be mainly built to avoid carpets, instead of for mopping floors. I have to move it over ten times to do all my rooms. Will be looking more closely at the Roborock vacuum/mop. It says it can go over 2cm-3cm.

Mostly great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it. It does everything you’d want. But I’ve encountered two issues. One appears fairly common amongst other reviewers. It is that the mop leaves tire marks occasionally when it mops. It can be a little frustrating to see. The other issue is that I have wood floors in part of my house. To access that area, there’s a tiny lip that the mop can easily get over, but I guess it perceives it as an obstacle, so it won’t go over it. Other than that, I absolutely love it.

Love this little helper
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What an amazing product. It is very quiet and cleans very good. I have 2 Irobot vacuums and am a huge fan of their products. The solution bin does not hold enough to do my whole house so I can not have it work while I am away. It can not complete the job. That is the only reason i didn't give it a 5 Star. Would definitely recommend
