Disappointed

For a $400 appliance to break this quick is ridiculous. I have paid the $100 repair bill. iRobot, I do not trust your equipment and I will never purchase anything from your company. Cheap products that don’t last is just poor customer business.

Very good product for cleaning hard wood floors

Wasn’t Impressed Even When It Worked

Then received an error 76 message regarding a hardware problem detected. Performed reboots and resets, which didn’t help, Disappointed.

Very USELESS.

For their “high end smartest robot mob” it requires quite a bit of manual work. You might as well mop your floor the traditional way. This thing will not go over the smallest threshold, making the mapping process impossible. Furthermore, it get stuck VERY often! I literally got 4 “bumper stuck” notification within 30 minutes during its mapping session. This thing is seriously useless. I love my roomba 960 and how effortless it was when it comes to smart mapping, going over threshold, and cleaning. I was expecting to get the same result with this mop but it’s very clear that iRobot still have a long way to go with it comes to releasing an smart mop. I will be returning mine tomorrow. Disappointing.
