Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s good but for us after one cleaning we have to refill the mop and it has a tendency to get stuck in random places constantly software is easy to use plus I can turn it on even when I’m not home and it’ll clean for me (that is if it doesn’t get stuck Another downside is the fact you have to buy a reusable sweeping pad it come with one for the mop and then 2 no reusable sweeping pads
