We are really happy with the performance of Roomba.

We love our mop! It differs from the vacuum in that it won’t go up or down on floor levels. Also, IRobot is on back order with the mopping solution and has been since we bought it, so once you run out of the sample bottle it comes with (which you will pretty quickly) you will he left without. We’ve only been able to use it twice since we bought it. Still love it , but not happy with that factor.

Works great, liquid is light and doesn’t stain my new acrylic flooring.

I like my bot I named her Cinderella she good but sometimes fussy and isn't always leaving the docking station and it says she gets stuck. There is not enough traction on the wheels on the docking station if they get wet from them up I have to modify the station to make her work with some velcro command strips to add trackion it need to leave and the imprint link doesn't always work with my i7 just errors out but I do like it overall

Having benefited from the opinions of other reviewers along the way, as an iRobot customer of over 15 years I felt obligated to share my more recent experiences with this company. To complement an existing Roomba we decided to purchase a mopping robot, a Braava jet m6, for the specific purpose of the "Mop after" feature iRobot advertises. Upon that command, although the mop is supposed to be able to follow after the vacuum without a separate programming run, in our case it would not work. Despite submitting what we believe was a timely support request, after months of interacting with various support personnel where at each stage the recommended steps did not resolve the issue, iRobot ultimately declared that the unit had now fallen out of warranty. Tellingly, one of the technicians I had talked to said the mop-after feature "works MOST of the time." Meanwhile, the mop has difficulty crossing over nearly flat thresholds (e.g., tile to LVP) when run manually. The flagship vacuum performs somewhat better, although the software remains clunky and often poorly responsive. Previously an innovator seemingly committed to customer satisfaction, iRobot is now a brand to avoid in my opinion.

Cleans up very well, run a sweep first and then run the mop.

Works ok but sometimes it says refill soap buts it full. Just gotta open it up and put back a few times

I'm still getting used to this guy. It mops, but loves to spray all over the place while doing so.

Ah at first it was a bit strange, once you understand how it operates you will love this lil guy. makes 2 passes for ever inch in a 50/50 pattern. allowing soak time on the floor for half of its foot print. the factory solution is not that amazing. i use other brands, oil based floor cleaners are great... but not when it wants to undock, the wheels spin.

I have all tile floors and I’ve been impressed with the job it does..

This product did not work for me. It left streaks and dirt. It does not apply pressure while cleaning like you would if you were manually scrubbing your floors. I never felt like my floors were clean and they certainly didn’t look like it. Every time I went behind it, to clean up the streaks, my Swiffer wet pads would be dirty. I returned it and bought a Bissell SpinWave. I love it with the Bissell Hardwood Sanitizer solution!!!

Does the job very well Need to add roomba i8 to the family now
