Great product, but have issues

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cons: Compare to S9 vacuum, this product doesn't go around floors with different levels, for example if you have a hardwood floor which is nailed to tile floor, software is not that matured especially the training, it takes very long to train and if something happen in between, training will start again, there is a spray adjustment but only able to control two settings so for hardwood floors I think the mop is spraying too much Pros: Cleans the floor slowly

Bot is Average?

It had a defective nozzle system. The Geek Squad tried to fix it but they couldn't get parts. We received a refund (Prorated) because we are Total Tech Members. So, I can't really fairly rate a product that I couldn't get to work.

Great gift, now I need one!

They have a dog and a busy lifestyle so this is perfect for them. They love that it pairs with their Roomba vac and they can schedule it to run when they are gone. It dries fast and is working well with their cleaner of choice. I wish I got one for myself!
