If there are any "complaints" it is that it does not go over doorway transition so you have to lift it from room to room and let it clean if you have doorway transitions. That is such a minor concern however, that I wouldn't even entertain it as an issue when considering your purchase.

We’ve used roomba’s for vacuuming but the mop is extraordinary! Their app will let you program if you just want it to mop the kitchen or just click entire house and it literally mops your floor for ya!
