Dead IRobot

Just dead, Unresponsive. This isn’t Best Buy’s fault, It’s iRobot’s. They sent out a new base believing the charging base is at fault. Attempted to try again with new base, It’s still not working, still dead and now dealing with lack of response from iRobot’s customer service and it’s been two months since used it last due to service. Unit only lasted 4 months,
