It's so annoying. It's miles to the store and we won't be in the area again for quite a while, it's hours on the phone to sort even the smallest thing out with Best buy, and this item was purchased with a reward payment that got "lost" and that we had to go to the store in person to sort out wasting hours. Then the other day I used the reward to order Bluetooth earphones to be delivered the next day to hear a special academic talk on my computer, but the delivery was delayed and by the time the ear[-hones arrived I didn't need them any more. More hours to sort that out probably. BestBuy is making a cynical assumption that the customer is indifferent to wasting hours of time sorting out problems that now arise with almost every BestBuy purchase for free. We're not, but to me it appears BestBuy knows this full well, but is using unequal bargaining strength to coerce customers to "work" for it, correcting store errors arising from negligence and inadequate training of staff, for free. This begs for a class action lawsuit to compel BestBuy to pay compensation for excessive lost time due to their own, not the customer's, negligence and to stop using coercion made possible by unequal bargaining strength to enforce this.

I even tried to order it online. But my order got canceled it I guess. It’s good that Best Buy have it on their website. Plus this is one of the things that we need for replacement

I have a 1 bedroom and filled it in 2-3 weeks surprisingly. So if you have pets beware you will be buying more of these than you think.

It’s a bit frustrating having to constantly service this when the whole point of the bin is to not have to worry about emptying the vacuum.
