Can’t even call this mediocre. The mop function is terrible, performs poorly and the mop head stays in contact with the floor leaving water marks on laminate flooring. Ended up returning it a few days later. Added a star for the vacuum being functional.

Works to well,, the waste bin fills up in 2 rooms.. its really good or we are really dirty..

We really wanted to like this Roomba, but it’s been more frustrating than helpful. The updates constantly get stuck, and the only fix is a full factory reset, every time. That means redoing the entire setup process, which gets old real fast.
When it’s actually doing its job, it cleans well and does what it’s supposed to but honestly, it’s not worth the hassle anymore. If we were still within the return window, it would’ve gone back in a heartbeat.
Until iRobot fixes their update system, I’d steer clear.

The Roomba allows for smart mapping and lets you schedule your cleaning days. For the best results i typically set the vacuum function first and mop after instead of doing both concurrently.
