Great vacuum, does what it’s supposed to. Sales rep told me it has a on board water tank… go home and realized that I was told wrong. The base station had a tank which I knew about . I want one that was on the roomba as well…. Will end up returning it here soon for the mis information

Item came with a cracked part. Vendor shipped it right away amd cleans very well. Across rugs and evem avoids shoes. Theyve really improved this item.

Love this Roomba, no more vacuuming and mopping my floors it does a great job. Easy to set up and program so I can schedule the whole house or a specific room.

Have not had it for long but so far happy with it. It mapped my basement well and does good sweeping and moping.

I have a cat and 2 dogs. My old robot always left hair behind. This new robot is simply amazing. It just does a perfect job. I am very pleased.

Spectacular machine. Need to locate on non-carpeted area for mopping though, so can be limiting on docking location

If epic piece of poo was a device, this would be it. Frequently gets stuck on anything thicker than a piece of paper, frequently gets lost even though it's right near its docking station, decides it just wants to return to the middle of a random room and stop and say it can't find the dock even though it just finished vacuuming right next to the dock, tries to dry hump it's docking station rather than appropriately dock with it, the list goes on. I would not recommend this product, it is absolutely not worth the price. Started off great for the first couple of months but then it's just gone downhill even after cleaning the contact sensors.

I thought we were doing a good job manually mopping until this thing did one job and we saw the dirty water it created. This is a great vacuum and scrubbing mop!

We are giving this as a Christmas present to our son. It looks like something he will use continuously with all of his tile floors. I like the style and look of the system. Looking forward to seeing how it works for them.

Overall good. A little difficult to navigate and troubleshoot

As a full time working mom with 2 kids and a large dog our Roomba 405 is a life saver. The instructions and app were very easy to set up and self explanatory. After the initial linking it up to the app I was eager to get it working. It wasted no time in cleaning up dog hair and dust. Our multiple floor surfaces were no bother to the Rumba as it moved smoothly from one to the other. It is quiet while cleaning and with the removable pads and easy to empty bins the maintenance is very manageable. Along with the mopping feature and the ability to schedule your cleaning routine its a 10/10.

I love this i’m 70 years old and can’t vacuum or mop anymore and this has been great for me.

It was okay I like the parties on it self but I don’t like that I can’t add solution for cleaning products it just water. It glitches more than I expected. If you have a look of thing( furniture in the house) it’ll only clean in the middle of everything. Doesn’t pick up everything stuff bigger then an inch would get stuck in the vacuum area. I don’t think the price for it is worth it.
