Good product.. I I highly recommend . It is very easy to use and programmable.

I have more issues than not, very noise, the dust bin never emptied automatically i had to manually do it, than it just stopped all together. It did not detect things in its path, ran into the dogs while eating. Got stuck on blankets shoes and toys

I’ve only had it a short time but it’s working great so far. I hope I’m not being hasty on rating it. I’ve had many Roomba Robots and a few good ones but a lot of problems with others.

Works great, mops and vacuums at same time. It does what is says.

is very fast and does things quickly and good . We used to have another brand, but it didn't mop well and took a long time to vacuum.

In the box is the Roomba, the docking station that includes a clean water/dirty water bin and vacuum bag dispenser, power cord, tray for the Roomba to dock to the docking station, Safety and Warranty Guide.   Disclaimer – this is my first “premium” iRobot product. I do currently own a classic iRobot that has a detachable mop pad tray and vacuum tray. My upstairs level is completely laminate hardwood floors and this is where the Roomba will be used.   First Impression – I love the design and packaging of this product. The packaging is great because there were no gaps between the products and everything is cardboard, so I can take it to the recycle center to recycle. There is also a VERY simple quick start guide. I love the design because everything is labeled. The clean water section has a filled in water drop symbol and the dirty water section has a water drop with lines through it. When you open the docking station, there is a bag on the right and an extra bag on the left.   The setup was extremely easy and ANYONE can setup and use the included app. (Yes, you have to download a new app if you don’t already own a “premium” iRobot product.) Once I was done with setup, my classic iRobot was listed on the app with my new product and it gave me a disclaimer that my old product is not included on this app because my old product is a classic iRobot.   I would like to add to be patient with the app. Sometimes it will get hung up and a simple closing the app and restarting worked for me.   The iRobot itself can be a little quirky as well, so just keep in mind to pick up cords because if you are using the mop part of the vacuum, as the mop pads will get caught on cords and pop off. If your notifications are on, then the app will tell you when something is wrong for you to go and fix it. The only downside to this is if I decide to run the Roomba at night, I won’t know something is wrong until in the morning. Also, the app is basically the same as the Roomba maps out your space with an added perk, there is an automation setting where you can schedule routines by day/time or smart home trigger. The Roomba did get a good amount of dirt and debris off of the floors and I am embarrassed to say that the vacuum bag was 1/3 full after the initial use. I would also like to note that there is a piece sticking up (ClearView™ LiDAR) on the Roomba that may not allow the machine to get under smaller spaces but it does guide the Roomba in cleaning.   I would also like to note the cleaning cycle where the Roomba cleans the disk mop heads can be a little noisy. I have placed this particular device in the living room which is a few doors down from my bedroom, so this is not a deal breaker for me. The room next to the Roomba may hear it but my daughter wears noise headphones, so it shouldn’t bother her as well. Also, the Roomba does have another setting in the app for routine cleaning and drying of the pads. There is an extra set of pad as well. There is a space where the vacuum bags go and I just slide mine beside the section where the extra bag is.   Overall, I really love this product and it is a great upgrade to my previous Roomba. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends and family.

The roomba takes all the work out of vacuuming. The app took a little to get used to, but allows for some great features to really compliment the device.

The roomba cleans our house great. Picks everything up but you still need to observe the room so it doesn't get stuck picking up a wrapper.

Works as expected. The icing on top is the customer service from best buy and iRobot

While the vacuum itself performs well, the small water tank capacity is disappointing. And it's more difficult to use than the Ecovacs app I used before.

This is my fourth Roomba. The others didn’t work so well out of the box and lasted less than 2 years before we gave up on them. This model worked beautifully and my floors have never been cleaner.

Works great so far! Only issue right now is the tank empties very quickly so it is limited to how much it can clean but otherwise floors look great!
