I really like how easy it is to use through the app. You can schedule cleanings, see the map, and even control it from anywhere. It saves me a lot of time and keeps my floors looking clean every day. I definitely recommend it!

It was great until it wasn’t after a few days of use the product leaked and left puddles of water.

Got this as a gift for my son and his family. Had to return the first one because of an issue. The replacement is working fine for the last few months. Would give it more stars if not for having to return the first one.

I recently upgraded to the Roomba 505 Combo robot after using an older Roomba and a competitor’s LiDAR-based robot vacuum for years. While those handled basic vacuuming okay, I never had a robot that could vacuum and mop together. With a new puppy in the house, I needed something more advanced and hands-off to keep our floors clean from fur, pawprints, and everyday messes. Right away after setup, I noticed the suction power is much stronger than my previous roomba I’ve owned. It picks up pet hair, crumbs, and dust in just one pass even from rugs and edges. My older Roomba had trouble with thicker rugs and often missed spots, but this one glides over all surfaces and cleans thoroughly. This was also my first robot with a mopping feature, and I’m honestly impressed. While it’s not built for deep scrubbing dried-on stains, it’s excellent for everyday spills, footprints, and light dirt. My hardwood and tile floors look noticeably cleaner after each run. Setup was super quick, less than 15 minutes. The Roomba app walked me through the mapping process, and setting up the dock was as simple as plugging it in on a flat floor near an outlet. One of my favorite features is how hands-free it is. The dock empties the dustbin automatically, washes and heat-dries the mop pads, refreshes the pads mid-cleaning if needed. This means I don’t have to touch soggy or dirty mop pads at all. That alone is worth the price to me. The LiDAR mapping is fast and precise and it mapped our 3,200 sq ft home in under 45 minutes. It knows exactly where it is, avoids furniture and cords, and doesn’t get stuck like older models used to. Plus, the built-in AI recognizes and avoids things like socks, cables, toys, and even pet accidents, something I used to worry about a lot with a puppy around. The new Roomba app is easy to use. Now, I can clean specific rooms or areas, set suction power levels, choose vacuum-only, mop-only, or both, turn on SmartScrub for deeper cleaning, track which rooms get dirty the most. It also works with Alexa and Google Assistant, so I can just tell it, “Clean the game room,” and it gets to work. Despite all this power, it’s quieter than my older models and doesn’t sound very loud or annoying. The robot and dock look sleek and modern, and they actually blend in with my home. With a shedding puppy in the house, this robot is saving me hours of cleanup every week. It handles fur, dirt, and scattered puppy kibble with no problem. I now run it daily, and my floors stay clean with almost no effort. At around $800, it’s definitely an investment, but for what you get, it’s a great value. The combo of self-emptying, mop pad washing/drying, strong suction, and smart obstacle detection makes it a complete and well-rounded cleaning solution.

Really great product and especially helps us with all of the hair from the pets. We don’t have to clean the floor every day because we have a robot to do it for us!

I should have known better than to try another rhoomba, but I figured it’s been several years maybe they’ve gotten better. Nope, they have not. It only works for a few weeks and the. You start having battery issues and errors when there is nothing actually wrong with the robot. It constantly says it’s stuck, but will be in the middle of the room with nothing near it. I cannot stand their products, they are so frustrating! Will definitely return.

I am not satisfied with this purchase. The robot vacuum cleaner has caused problems from the beginning. The map it created was inaccurate, so it did not clean the entire area and missed many spots. It often got lost and could not return to the charging base. Additionally, the battery life is very poor. I expected much better quality and cleaning performance. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations.
