I like the overall performance of the iRobot. Two things that are frustrating is that it does get stuck and the bin is not a big as my older one. Also the sensors have to be cleaned all the time. Otherwise it is doing a good job

I love the Roomba 890. I have 3 small dogs and it amazingly picks up all their dog hair. With them running in and out of the house I was needing to vacuum every day. Now I just turn on Roomba and let her do the dirty work. It takes no effort at all to clean her out and saves me a lot of time and effort to play with my pups. It was a great investment.

Easy setup. Works great and leaves the floors clean.

I picks up stuff, so I don't have to! Great on hardwood floors and tile. I have had one version or another for about 9 years. I would never do without it. It picks up about 90-95% of dirt and I can have it working any day I want.

I'd read several reviews before purchasing the iRobot Roomba 890 app controlled self charging robotic vacuum. The app isn't working, even after several attempts and phone calls for assistance. I'd purchased a cheaper version of the robotic vacuum first. Liked it despite it's tendencies to get stuck. The iRobot Roomba is SO MUCH BETTER!! Black Friday prices were better discounted than what I'd ended up paying. I'd just not had the finances to purchase the vacuum on Black Friday unfortunately. The Roomba does Not get stuck like my cheaper version vacuum, the Roomba navigates the different flooring in my house(ceramic tile, wood, laminate, carpet/rugs) wth ease compared to my cheaper version vacuum which consistently gets stuck....I really like simply pushing the Home button and Roomba returns to charging base.

I was skeptiacal that these small vacuums would really work. It was on sale 299.00 (450.00 normal) so I thought I would give it a try. I have tile floors with scatter rugs in my basement and got tired of sweeping all the time. This thing works great keeping the floors and rugs clean. I have it scheduled for 3 times a week.

This is my new favorite gadget for the house. I have two dogs who shed (a lot) and this machine keeps me from having to vacuum myself all the time. I come home and the floors are spotless! It occasionally would get stuck under my recliner but I added the lighthouse accessory and now it stays away from the back of it.

Me and a lot of my family members own this product. Most efficient. Keeps your floors clean without having to push around a handheld vacuum all the time. Just push clean and go about your business doing something else or just relax while your floors are being cleaned. When it’s done, it recharges itself. Great product.

Where does all the hidden dirt come from?! We vacuum every day with 4 animals in the house, but even after vacuuming this incredible machine finds hidden dust and dirt! My house is 10 times cleaner now! We LOVE it!

Love this Roomba although it does require quite a bit of ongoing maintenance and I really can't run it when I'm not home because it gets stuck at least once every time it runs.

This vacuum is so great and keeps my house decently clean. As a busy mom you don’t always have the time to run a vacuum daily. This vacuums bin is full daily from everyday light traffic. It is easy to clean and take apart. This is not only great for a busy family but would also make a great present for my grandmother.

With pets that she’s and never ending dust, Ali was sweeping and vacuuming every day. My Roomba, lovingly named Raider, does both jobs beautifully. I do have to get up and dump the canister a couple of times but I do have labradors that roll in the dirt and shed...ALOT!! I am so pleased with the product.

My first Roomba.....As advertised...The 890 showed me on a daily basis how much myself and animals bring in daily..WoW and I only vacuumed every couple of weeks and I now know how much dust dirt etc. I was living in between vacuuming. The answer for keeping up with pet hair! Yes I highly recommend.

I'm getting up in years and I have a dog that sheds profusely. Most of the floor space in my apartment is laminate flooring. This Roomba does a marvelous job getting about 90% of the dog hair with no trouble. It's fascinating to see it do it's thing too! Beats the heck out of pushing a heavy vacuum cleaner around.

This is the second roomba I have purchased. My first one I have had about 4 years. I moved it to my upstairs. The new one is good. The brush or spinner thing is different than the first. I have 5 dogs so hair is an issue. The old one the hair would build up in the brush and you would have to clean it out frequently. This new one doesn’t have bristles, the spinner thing is a knobby rubber solid piece. It does the job without having to frequently pick out dog hair which is nice. It does leave clumps of hair Periodically though. Not bad but it does. I like that better than having to clean out the bristles which gets old. The clumps are easy to pick up and throw out but that is one negative. Considering I have 5 dogs it is great overall.

Bought this at my wife's recommendation and was very surprised at how well it works and the places it will go. The electric fence that comes with it works great but have to do some improvising to keep the little booger from going under certain furniture pieces. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

I had been on the fence on buying one for quite awhile. We love our dog, but the hair is a never ending battle. My biggest fear with buying a Roomba was the hair was going to choke it to death. That fear was gone after seeing it tackle the floors like a champ. It handles the transition from the hardwood floors to the carpet in the bedrooms no problem. It’s pattern of cleaning is pretty random. It really just bumps blindly around with no rhyme or reason, but it manages to get the job done. It’s random pattern can make it miss some spots on occasion, but I knew that was a possibility. I don’t think it’s meant to replace sweeping or vacuuming, just lends a helping hand inbetween. Honestly, I wish I had made the purchase sooner.

As someone with hardwood floors and a golden retriever, vacuuming was an almost daily occurrence. Setting the nightly schedule with the iPhone app once, you’re all set. Works on carpet too! Still shocked the amount of hair and debris collected when I empty every morning. Had since Christmas, still love it.

Great product that picks up almost everything! Have a small dog and it grabs all the per hair, no problem going over my rugs and helps keep my floors looking great throughout my busy week. Should have purchased one a long time ago! So helpful when you have a very busy schedule..makes life a little easier!

Let me start off by saying if you have small kids don't bother buying the Roomba. My kids want to sit/press the on button when its moving. We are happy with the product but can only use it at certain times.
