This device surprised the heck out of me. I did not expect it to clean very well and/or navigate around as easy as it did. Should pick up small items off the floor before cutting it loose.

I love my purchase. The problem I’m having is it isn’t consistent with it schedule. It will miss rooms and sometimes not make it back home. It does a great job when it follows its route.

Since purchasing, this product has not worked how one would expect. Every time the bin gets full it gives a "bin is full" alert on the app and completely cancels the job, meaning you will have to restart the job multiple times in its entirety to finish it. Googling it, this is a known issue. Updating has not resolved the issue. Restarting it as per their customer support's advice has not resolved the issue. Effectively, this makes the 890 terrible for larger rooms. It is entirely possible this will be resolved in the future, but for now, just buy the 980.

This is an ok machine. When it is cleaning, it does it job. The side brushes get into vorners pretty well. Easy to empty. Brushes dudnt seem to collect hair as advertised. However one runs it would show complete however multiple rooms were never touched. The random pattern also missed areas of a room it was cleanning. But in an area when it hit an obstacle it seemed to clean around it thouroughly. Machine pretty loud compared to others Machine is pretty tall did not fit under one of my couches

Works well for the most part. Takes some getting used to as it doesn’t completely replace the need for a follow up cleaning but perhaps the higher models are better.

Generally has done quite well, including dog hair. Occasionally, it will stop at the edge of a landing and need to be restarted. Some trouble setting up the app.

I had an older model and this one had a wireless feature which was the biggest upgrade. The return to base was not as reliable as I expected but overall I dosed a great job.

I ended up exchanging this and upgrading to the 960. The 890 does not have the navi 2.0 and it bounces around randomly. Kinda drove me crazy!

Rufus is very active, and the only thing he knows is clean clean clean clean...this thing is incredible! I don’t know how he does it, nor do I care, because our floors never looked so good. Almost like we never walk on them. Set it and forget it!

This is a good product for hardwood or tile floors. The logic of the path it takes makes no sense, it usually covers the flloe but its random. The ability to run the Roomba via app is nice.

I should’ve known being this was my second try at Roomba. It doesn’t know its location, it’s random at best on its cleaning and in a big house it gets lost to return and charge. Couldn’t handle it after the sixth time of running out of battery trying to look for the base. Frustrating... I went with Neato D7.

This is our third model over the years. I love the rubber brushes, they are very easy to clean. Nice being able to not only schedule it to clean, but it can also be started or stopped by Alexa or by cell phone. So far, we are very pleased with our new robot vacuum.

We have the model 960 and our daughter who is stationed in Japan was impressed when she was home. We bought her this model for her apartment. She says it is wonderful and saves her time since she can control the unit by the app and comes home to a clean house on a daily basis.

This is a treat for myself and so happy to have my "Rosie" finally. I waited a while to purchase this and I think Roomba finally got it right. I let "Rosie" out, leave the room for a while and come back to a clean place and she's back in her base to charge up. It's the best!

This Roomba gets stuck a lot. I have to set a lot of barriers for it. At this point, it would almost be less work to get the old vacuum out.

I am not 100% satisfied but it will make your life little easy. It's not full robot yet and sometimes clean same place again and again while not going to some place at all.

Had to get extra “walls” and the dust bin is small. Don’t know how you could improve that without weight/size increase Otherwise, I LOVE it!! I can’t believe I did not get one sooner!

Loving my Roomba so far. Has great cleaning power in a house with 3 cats and 1 dog. Does great in between regular vaccumings. I was greatly suprised at the amount of cleaning power! We've had it less than a month , anxious to see how it hold up over time..

Works as I expected. Great product for my hardwood floors. Only got stuck under a cabinet once. I like the ability to set up a barrier so it doesn't bump into pet food bowls.

We love our Rosie and the job she does each day. We quickly learned to keep less clutter on the floors to allow Rosie to clean in all the areas of the house. The app works great sending any info regarding Rosie and things needed to assist her in the daily duties.
