I thought about this purchase for some time before buying and so glad I did. I'm sure there are others just as good if not better but I love this one and of course waited till I was able to purchase on sale!

it is great for hard floors but if you have a rug with a higher pile it will get stuck. All in all in does a good job on hard floors.

Easy to set up. Improved wireless signal and download speeds in hard to reach area of the house. No issues setting up nor installing. Very please with this item.

The robot vacuum works very well and helps when time is short. Just turn it on and let it go to work. I wasn't sure how well the vacuum would work, but it does pick up and travel throughout the house with battery life to spare!

Great for everyday surface tidying. We were trying to keep up with 2 dogs and two cats who shed everywhere but Roomba has helped greatly with that.

I'm a very busy mom of 3 year old tweens who keep me going all day long, this Vacuum goes around after them picking up every crumb they drop. This vacuum is a life saver and a great addition to our family, I truly recommend it!

Have only used it a few times but it is well worth the money. Haven't really had the time to sit down and get it all set up, will get it soon I hope.

Got this for my wife for Christmas, this is our second one. Moved the other one to the kids side of the house and this one handles kitchen, living room and master side. Great on tile, hard wood and carpet.

Love this product! Received it quickly. Works wonders! Keeps our tile floor free of dog hair. It is programmed to run, and does its thing. It connects to WiFi, and contacts you if it is "stuck". Easy to find when it is lost.

Our Roomba works great! We set it for while we are at work and it runs everyday. Let’s us know in the app when it needs to be emptied and if it got stuck anywhere. Takes itself back to its charging station and charges itself.

It is nice to have it run daily, keeps the dog hair off the floor. Just have to remember and clean it every day as it will not run twice. The bin is not large, but it compacts it in there so it holds more than I expected.

Perfect coverage for my apartment. Loving just have to push a button and my floor is clean. Only thing I wish was the debris bin was bigger

The roomba 890 is a great little vacuum. Better than most cheap uprights, and you can relax and drink your coffee while it does all the work!

What's in the box: The vacuum, home base, extra filter, one electronic wall Setup: fairly straight forward, using the app. My phone connected to Roomba's internal WiFi in order to complete the set up, but if you get too far from it, it loses the signal and doesn't complete the setup. Took a couple of tries, but wasn't complicated. You can schedule it to run once per day, seven days per week, but then the bin is pretty small, you'll be constantly checking that if you run it every day. It cleans fairly well for light dusting. We run it downstairs where we have all hard floors with a rug covering a portion of that. It seems to go over and over a certain area, and completely skips other areas. In general, it will keep you ahead of the dust, but you're probably still going to have to have a regular vacuum to do any sort of deep cleaning. It seems to be learning where things like furniture are placed (slows down just before contact), but I can't be certain. It runs for exactly 60 minutes then starts looking for home, sort of randomly, while still cleaning. Our floorplan is pretty open, so it seems to always find it. Navigates pretty well around clutter and furniture. Doesn't seem to get hung up on cords on the floor, but cords that aren't lying on the floor, like a lamp on an end table, it doesn't always do well. We have a couple of those where I thought it was going to pull the lamp off the table. I've since blocked it from getting there. At one point, it captured one of my daughter's plastic toy bracelets. That caused it do have a "bin error". I emptied the bin, and it restarted. The next time it ran, "bin error". Emptied the bin, it didn't clear the error. Of course the bracelet was caught in the rollers, so that was the source of the error. Once I removed that, it cleared the error and has run fine. It has WiFi connectivity, but you really on get a way to set a schedule for each day or you can start it from the app. It has some statistics on what it thinks it cleaned. Maybe the higher end models have more. Overall, I was surprised with the amount of dust it vacuumed, each time. Which means I've had to empty the bin after every run. Then again, it's not that big of a device anyway, so not unexpected. It isn't exactly quiet, so you can't watch TV while it's doing it's thing, but that's why it lets you schedule it when you're not home. Electronic wall: this actually works well. It keeps the Roomba from my kid's Legos, which is a good thing. Honestly though, at $500, I would only recommend this if you've got more money than time.

Excellent vacuum, great battery life. Wish we had purchased it sooner, saves a lot of time. Pet owners this is well worth the money!

excellent vacuum, this things picks up stuff my broom or regular vacuum will never do. you will be surprised how how much debris is left even if you sweep prior to putting this puppy to run.

Long battery life, very convenient app, and good cleaning power make it a daily used item. My floors are always clean, and the scheduling ensures that you never forget to run it.

Does a very good job, definitely louder than the 690 we had but it does have a much stronger vacuum motor. Overall satisfied.

Works great. We run Suki (our name for the Roomba) at least 2-3 times per week and it works great for maintenance cleaning. Still need to pull out the dyson one every 2 weeks or so.
