Does the job. However, I thought it would be more organized when cleaning. Sometimes it misses spots and cleans others more than once. So, you have to be on top of it.

overall it works pretty well. It’s not 100% accurate and will miss some areas but it’s pretty close.

I am still learning how to manage the robot. I expected it clean all areas. It is not. Some areas stay without its clean. I expected to be easier to manage it. So much parts of robot to clean up. Robot stops working if the specific area is not ok. To find not easy...In my view so much investment $ and in the end of the day a normal vacuum would have better, fast result

Works well for small/medium areas, we feel that the Roomba 680 does a better job with the dog hair.

Bought the Pet version and it works extremely well. Only drawback is you have to empty the Roomba 890 very often. The collection bin is small for a large dog that shed a lot..

After much research into a robotic vacuum I settled on the iRobot Roomba 890. I absolutely love it! Can’t say enough good things about it. Far exceeds my expectations.

This vacuum picks up everything Ihave dogs love how it doesn’t leave anything hairs on floor! + it’s fast clean my flooring faster than I could move

I had a 770 for over 4 years and it worked great. Got this one to upgrade and have been really pleased with the enhancements that have been made with the newer models

Gets stuck on vinyl laminate floors going over the area rug. Other than that it does pretty good.

It's good but I'm not sure that this is the best robot vacuum for the money.

This is one of the best robotic vacuums out. I have cats and schedule my cleaning. The amount of cat hair this picks up makes me wish it cleaned sofas and walls.

I purchased this for Black Friday and it's a nice vacuum for the price I paid. It's not smart enough to figure it's way back but that's fine. It does a good job!

Good product Doesn’t get hair tangled as bad as older models. We use this one in a motorhome and this (or any model) requiring WiFi is not convenient.

I bought this to ckean up a little so I do not have to do it. It works great and even gets along the wall of all my hard wood floors

Setup was simple and the roomba was ready to go in about 5 minutes. Setting a schedule in the app works well, and has been reliable. Alexa integration is nice to have, but with a schedule there really isn’t a need for it. The roomba works best on hard surfaces and low carpets. The dust bin is easy to empty and the low profile gets under most furniture. The room mapping is also impressive. Once an obstacle is detected, the roomba will slow down before gently touching into it, and then changes direction. Once the battery is low, it will return to the base and recharge. The roomba does gets stuck easily on high carpet and a lounge chair base, but the app does alert you when it stops moving. I was able to use the included virtual wall to block off that room. It also got tripped up in an extension cord and speaker cable and is rather loud, but that is understandable. Overall, I would recommend this roomba. It is easy to setup and when it does the job you don't need to babysit it. While it won’t completed replace vacuuming, it will save time cleaning and can get into areas that aren't easily accessible.

It’s a decent machine but keeps getting stuck and calling up help every time it is on a rug.
