Love It, it’s a great helper and battery last long

I had a Roomba before and it did a much better job then this one. I was not happy with how it cleaned and most of the time I would need to go over spots with a swiffer to get what it had missed. I will be trying a different model.

Terrible product. Zig zags all over the floors and doesn’t clean wood floor or carpets leaves clumps of dirt everywhere.

3rd replacement in 3 years. Defective battery issues and make horrible sound. Did not clean area rugs couldn’t detect rug!

I have an original that was a hand me down and still does a good job. I got a second one to move the old one up stairs. Unfortunately 890 just got off the short bus with chocolate flavored windows. It won’t stay in the same room and just wonders around hopelessly looking for dirt or pet hair. My original does a much better job but the brushes are a pain. So the new rubber rollers are THE ONLY thing the 890 has going for it. Otherwise it’s almost worthless and I find myself wanting to kick it across the room to where the dirt and pet hair actually are

This vacuum barely picks anything up. It gets stuck constantly & it requires too much supervision. I would rather just vacuum myself.

We bought this one initially and then it stopped working so we had to exchange. The exchange one is NO GOOD. I think they gave us a refurbished model. Leaves chunks of dog hair now. Our first one did not.

I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have all hardwood flooring. It’s doesn’t store enough dust and takes awhile to configure. I returned it. Not very good value for $400

At first it was working good but after awhile it’s not suctioning well.....also sensor gets confused with my area rug patterns.....it gets stuck all the time.

Helps keep floor pretty clean but if you have pets or hair to vacuum regularly it is not worth it. The hair gets tangled and the brushes are very sensitive giving an error signal and stopping all the time.

Roomba worked hard but was all over the place without any set direction for cleaning. He missed a lot of easy trash and wasted a lot of time going here and there. Too random.

Bought it thinking it was a good deal on Black Friday. Brought it home and then did some researched and decided to return it. Instead, bought a Neato instead.

This unit would not connect to my WiFi. Looking on the top did not see a display for WiFi. Returned it for another model and it connected right away.

I have an older Roomba that I bout 4 years ago and that works great and so we bought this one. It still has problems going over the area rugs and stops every day.

The Roomba did not work well. After sweeping for 40 minutes, not much was picked up, and the sweeper failed to return to its dock. I returned the product.

Loved the roomba but would not return to docking station. Roomba customer service was ridiculous they wanted photos long explanations .......

I bought this but it kept stalling, I had the 650 previously and loved it. The 890 would run for a few minutes and say error. I returned this and got the 690 which also has the app control. The new brush system is the issue with the 890.

Did not clean floor, leaving particles. Recommended for pet cleaning up but neither picked up pet hair from floor.

This vacuum does not get a room clean. I took it back after one day. I bought the 960 and it works great! Gets the entire room quickly

No remote control. Can only use smartphone app. Unless you want to keep redirecting the robot it's not worth the money.
