I admit the idea of using an iPhone app to control a robot vacuum influenced my interest, but I'm glad we bought this version of the iRobot. It works better than expected and is even fun to watch. We have new wood floors and dirt shows that we never saw before. The Roomba is hard working and goes everywhere. When it is done working it goes back to its dock to get recharged.

So easy to use and cleans well. Only con is that my dog can't stand it and chases it around while barking at it the entire time so I can only run it when we're not home.

I was very skeptical about this product. However, I am beyond impressed! I love this technology and not having to vacuum anymore. This is a noisy vacuum, but I simply don't care. It is so worth the money. As it is a tech machine that gets used ALOT, I would highly suggest the warranty. Best Buy is always great to work with when you need to replace a malfunctioning product.

I love my vacuum, works great and my house is spotless. Very easy to use and very time saving since I don't have to do anything except empty the bin after each use. Love it.

Vacuuming is a big time sink, and with a new baby at our house, it was getting neglected. Enter the Roomba, which has been a huge help. We run it usually every day or two, and it consistently sweeps up a ton of dust and pet hair. It made us realize how MUCH dirt and dust there was in our house that we were missing before. It gets under our beds, goes over our carpet with no issues, and works like a champ on the hardwood floor and tile. I can't recommend it enough

Absolutely love this little guy! Dog hair and dust bunnies are the things of the past. He does his tour of duty every day and the hardwood floor is clean and dust free. Would highly recommend. Make sure to free his path of rugs and other things he can get stuck on.

Simple to use and does an almost perfect job--exceeded my expectations. Only regret is not purchasing one sooner and saving all those hours of pushing around a vacuum!

Ok price was a little high but it works pretty good. Has gotten stuck a couple times but the wife is really happy to see vacuumed floors when we come home. Now only if I could teach it go up stairs. I would give it a 5 if the cost was a lower.

First thought was can this thing really live up to and be worth the $950 I'm about to drop on it...yes it does. Once it learns your house, which was actually kinda fun to watch, it does a great job. It's gets smarter the more you use it. I have three dogs and it manages the whole house just fine with maybe one clean out of the hopper. Worth every penny. Only advice is keep the cameras and sensors clean and it will work lIke a charm. A lot of people hate on the app but it's really not that bad, not the most visually apealing but it works with no bugs or crashes yet and that's all that matters me. Good buy

Use it for both carpet and wood floors. My wood floors have never looked cleaner! I have two dogs and two cats and this thing does amazing! First few times you use it you learn quickly what items you can leave around as it will cause the device to get hung up or something but that is the worse is it all and it isn't a big deal. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

We are very impressed by how much our roomba picks up. It can get the smallest dirt. The convenience of just starting it and letting it go is second to none.

The first one we bought was defective - would not just move off the base and had to be returned back to store after a call from iRobot customer service. Once replaced with the other newer Roomba 950, so much time is back to our life and house is clean when back from work. Definitely recommend!! Product definitely needs from improvement, but still overall it does work - good work.

The roomba works great on both carpet and wood floors and gets to places like under couches you don't normally get. The only issue we have it is that it is very loud.

This robot vacuum is really nice, it goes all by itself, no efforts needed. The only bad side is that it doesn't go on thicker carpets alone.

This peice of technology is more then amazing. I have a large home with only wood floors and no clutter. It's fantastic for this situation. Not that it couldn't, but not sure if I would buy one if I only had carpet with pets. That might be asking a lot

have 2 house cats, this cleans amazing well, have a 2 story house and it mapped both areas does a wonderful job cleaning, easy to clean machine when done

other than being limited to 2.4 GHz range, it is easy to setup, use, and clean. It keeps my floors clean and shows me a map of what it has done.

Works great.for a small device picks up the dirt very well.

I got this for Mother’s Day and have been very happy with this gift. It cleans very well. Gets a whole lot more dirt than I ever thought was on the floor, both the carpet and the wood floor. We run it twice a week and it is so nice to come home from work and have my floors looking so good! The iRobot has gotten stuck under my hutch a couple of times. It would be nice if it could remember “no go” zones. Overall I am very happy with it.

I experimented with a few different robot vacuums ranging from the Roomba 880 to the Neato Botvac Connected. I wasn't really sure what my requirements were other than wanting something that could navigate most/all of my main floor. After discovering some easy fixes to avoid having it get stuck or trapped, it has been working perfect. I will also note that the cleaning pattern (simple back and force) appeases my OCD far more than the random algorithm pattern of the 880.
