Have a couple small dogs and a cat, and teenage kids, with wall to wall hardwood floors on one level of the house. Programmed a regular cleaning schedule in minutes. Floors have never been cleaner. Would have given it 5 stars, but it does seem to get stuck on a rug, or when it sucks up a sock or other stray item, at least once every couple of weeks. So I have to rescue it when I get home. It’s also loud enough to be annoying, so definitely like to have it work when nobody is home.

I was very very hesitant about buying a vacuum that was not only self-operated, but also nearly $1,000. I can confidently say after having used it for several months now that I am not upset with my purchase. I did have to Roomba-proof my house to an extent, but now everything works beautifully.

This robot works great ! We have 4 dogs & 2 cats , so you can imagine the need to vacuum often. This machine helps me to keep up in 1 large room. I have to say it cleans the floor much better than any regular vacuum. Gets lots of places normally missed ! It works as described. Kind of expensive but believe in the end is worth it. Purchased on sale . Love it !

Great vacuum. I have a large living room and kitchen area and it cleans very well. It is a nice feature that if the battery goes low...it will return to the base and recharge and would continue until it is completed. The carpet boost feature for carpet works really....I have two dogs and this keeps the amount of dog hair to a minimum. The wi-fi app feature is awesome too....Works well overall.

This is a wonderful product. We adopted a long hair cat and this thing cleans up right after her! The problem is we have a two story home so we are looking at buying a second one for down stairs. Until then we transport it up and down. I still love it tho! I have saw the older models and this is 10 times better. It has a carpet boost and you can turn it on or off with a app on your phone

I named her Rosie! Amazing how she goes under beds, couches, and tables. Better than a cleaning lady!!

This roomba 980 does deep cleaning and the battery lasts 2 hours .

Could use a larger dust bin but the unit cleans well and is fairly quiet, not near as noisy as I was told. We like it a lot !!

Great product! Cleans very well! it's a little maintenance-intensive though. It fills the bin up twice a day but I've also got a dog.

I absolutely love this Roomba. As well as being high quality and efficient it is an absolute must for pet owners. The Roomba finds dust and hair that my vacuum could never find! I love the ease of use and most of all how efficient it is at cleaning the floors! Such a time saver for a busy Pet Mom and Grandma!

It worked just like they said would and very easy to set up. It is basically programmed, all you do is push button on the robot or your device. It goes everywhere, under everything, and is very entertaining! I would definitely buy again. The price is hefty, but does the job better than traditional vacuums!

We like it so much we bought two! Cuts down on dust in the house from using often. We run it 4 times a week.

This is a great little device for regular maintenance of your floors. I have a little French Bulldog who sheds a small amount everyday. This vacuum, if used everyday, can keep the floors looking fresh and clean. Keep in mind that this vacuum will not replace your large, standard upright vacuum but it will greatly reduce how often you need to use it.

My wife and I are expecting our first baby soon, and with a shedding dog, we would always have to sweep up hair and other messes. Now, once a night, our Roomba takes care of it for her, freeing up our time to get ready for our little one. It does a great job, too. It gets into places that haven't been cleaned since we bought our house! It's amazing!

It cleans well both carpet n wooden floor. Easy to clean.

This vacuum is awesome. The vacuum works great, but the app is something to be desired. I still have not been able to get the Wi-Fi connection with the vacuum so I can use my phone. Overall the vacuum works great and I am loving it. The indicators on the top tell me if I need to empty the container and it goes back to its station when it needs to be recharged.

I LOVE this robot. Easy to use, easy to clean.Picks up everything and I don't have to follow it around to make sure it doesn't get stuck. Finally a big improvement on the system. We have had several versions of this product over the years and they have finally fixed our biggest complaints. Hooray ! ( we have 3 cats so this is great to pick up the daily fur balls)

It's easy to operate, love the app feature to control by phone, it's draws the smallest of dust partials which I can see from emptying the bin. With older hardwood floors it cleans between boards great. The bin is small but it's a small robot vacuum, it's expected. But we empty at each charge. It does get hung up sometimes under a bed, but she let's us know.
