Do a great job with n those hard to vacuum places under furniture and around edges. Pricey but a great time saver.

Just to be clear; you will still need to clean up once in a while. However the Roomba does a great job picking up dirt, dust and hair that otherwise would be worn into your wood or carpet. I run it twice a week and it fills the bin. Its unbelievable what it picks up after three days. Definitely a good investment.

Own a 880 before this, which works great but wanted another for an additional floor. This version is an absolute improvement. You can hear the engines increase when it switches to carpet and makes less aimless movements from the same areas. The app is also nifty. Expensive but if you don’t mind the cost, it is well made and high quality.

This is one of the small appliances that really makes your life easier, and is also fun to watch while cleaning around, it became our second pet.

overall is great. the only problem the bin don't hold much especial for carpet floor.

I absolutely love this roomba. I’ve been contemplating purchasing a roomba for the past two years and finally did it- I wish I would have bought one a lot sooner! We have an 100lb yellow lab who constantly sheds and our roomba picks up every hair each night!

This has been a game changer for us! We have 2 cats and a dog so vacuuming MUST be done every day. Roomba ensures that the vacuuming gets done, regardless of if we are home or not thanks to the programmed cleaning schedule. Great suction for such a little machine. I just have to remember to empty out the tray once a day and the rest is taken care of.

Everything was as promised. Only whish i had ability to control unit with the app. (Drive it). No driving is allowed with app.

We were hesitant to buy it at first because of the price.And we have dyson -the upright vacuum and cordless.but since everyone is busy ,we took the bullet and bought one.It was actually a good investment because we just set our “becky the roomba” to do its job twice or even 3x a day and boom! its all done.The suction is great too!

Works as intended. But gets filled pretty quickly - so, I have to empty the dust container often. Cleaning the dust container involves not only throwing the accumulated dust, but actually cleaning the container fill sensors with some cloth or tissue paper - a hassle. But otherwise, I am extremely satisfied. I wish it had a little bigger container, and the cleaning process bit easier. I am otherwise very very happy with our roomba.

Why didn’t I do this sooner. It’s been great so far. I’ll come back to review in a few months but for now I’m very happy!!!

I had an older Roomba and really loved how it cut down on the dog fur in my house, however I still needed to vacuum at least once a week. The Roomba 980 has made vacuuming a thing of the past. It really does a great job. I also love that I can remotely start and stop it.

The roomba 980 was the first roomba/robot vacuum I owned. I used it for about 2 years without any problems. I used tot run it everyday in the mornings. Considering that i have a dog, my floors were always clean. The roomba 980 is louder than the i7, but does a much better job vacuuming carpets.

Love the Roomba. Runs almost daily. If you have girls in the house, make sure you clean the pick up rollers after each cleaning. Very easy and a small price to pay to have the floors cleaned for you. We have an Australian Shepard that sheds and the floors require constant cleaning. The Roomba is perfect for the job.

My wife and I had discussed buying a robot vacuum cleaner, We bought this Roomba 980 when we moved into our new house.
