Roomba 980 does a great job and is simple to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Love our Roomba. We have carpet, rugs, hardwood, and tile in our home and it cleans all really well. The only thing that it does have trouble with is a shag rug in one of the bedrooms.

It makes me so happy that I can vacuum with the touch of a button. My only issue I guess, would be that sometimes it gets stuck. It will get itself stuck under my kitchen table between the chairs.. it gets itself under there, but takes a while to get itself out.

My Roomba has made an amazing difference in my house. We have a dog that sheds and Roomba 980 picks up everything. My dog stays away from it while it is running but once it is done and goes to the charging station, then it goes and checks it out.

I was very skeptical about buying an iRobot vacuum, but then my son recently bought one for his house. He said I would love it, so I had to go out and buy one. I was not disappointed!!! I love it, and would highly recommend it...

This Roomba 980 cleans my entire first floor (all hardwood) in an hour and a half. I have two dogs and it cleans every bit of the floor and dog hair. I have yet to find a space it has missed. I would definitely recommend for hardwood floors

For the money Roomba is well worth it. It is a huge time saver and is great on carpet, wood and tile floors. It cleans much better than I had hoped. If you need a little help around the house this is one place you can start.

While expensive, this is a great time saver (and preserver of domestic harmony). We replaced our light wood floors with darker wood so the dog hairs were much more visible. It was either run the vacuum every day (no thanks) or try this little guy. The little guy it is. It has performed quite well for us. It took a few runs to learn its limitations but once we knew what it could and couldn't do, it does just what we need. Just remember, its just a computer on wheels with a vacuum attachment, not a human maid. It has limitations, it will get stuck sometimes - but, if you pay attention to it and make minor adjustments to the accessories in your house (mostly small rugs in bathrooms) and use the virtual walls that come with it you will grow to love it as much as we do. In fact, we love it so much, we bought a 960 for upstaris.

This vacuum saved my back... I no longer have to vacuum every 3 days because of pets. I set it for once daily, it keeps the carpet and hardwood clean. No worries about animal hair and the animals don't mind it either... not that loud.

The iRobot was very easy to set up. We are very pleased with it.

Great asset for any house big enough to give you a back ache when you vacuum. I was blown away at: 1.) how powerful it is, especially when it hits carpet; and 2.) how thorough it is. It’s pricey, I know, but well worth it.

Robot cleans perfectly! I'm contemplating buy a second one for another level. Just a warning the first few uses I didn't think it cleaned as well as I was expecting but after about the 3rd use my floors are spotless! Highly recommend.

This is very good, it keep floor and carpets very clean and free of dog hair. Wife is very happy not to spend time cleaning, this do all the work. We just need to empty it once a day to make sure it is ready for work.

Have owned a Neato for years and bought the iRobot to try another brand. The iRobot works better in navigating around furniture and the overall floor plan. Able to return to base, recharge, and then finish the job.

The 980 Roomba was a Mother's Day present for my wife, but also a tech gift for myself. Let's be honest, I wanted the tech, it was on sale and it just so happened to be Mother's Day. Anyhow, this vacuum does a great job keeping the floors clean. We have two young boys that do impressive things that make the floors dirty, plus the everyday dirt that needs to be kept up with. The 980 goes places the regular vacuum cannot and runs while we are out of the house. It has no problems navigating between hardwoods, tile, carpet and area rugs. Only downside is that it needs to be emptied each time it runs, but those few seconds is still way better than the effort to vacuum daily. The completed job map it produces in the app is awesome and the "stripes" in the carpet provide great satisfaction.

Roomba 980 worked very good, good housekeeper and timesaver.
