I just bought this vacuum thinking it will help out a bit with the dust that accumulates on my hardwood floor but this thing does so much more! It cruises around getting every piece of dirt in every corner even rolling up onto rugs under a few tables i have in the kitchen. This little thing works much better then I have ever expected. Highly recommended!

I was very excited at the idea of not having to vacuum my house. With a new baby and a dog, I feel like I am constantly cleaning. I also work full-time, so I am not at home all day to monitor the Roomba. I have had my Roomba for over a year now, and it has never worked well. It constantly cancels the job for various reasons, so I find myself picking up everything from the floor, only to have the Roomba clean 5 feet before it stops. Sometimes it says the battery needs to be charged (after it's been on its charger for two days) sometimes its because the bin is full (after I've just emptied it). I can count how many times it has actually finished the job on one hand. I called customer support after I bought it, thinking that there was something wrong with the battery. Went through the whole process, only to have them ask me to clean the sensors and repeatedly trouble shoot it multiple times (which I don't have time for). For as expensive as this thing is, it should be ready for prime-time. I have been very disappointed with my experience, and wish Roomba would make it right.

I’m Not too impressed with the vacuum nor the cost for it. This maybe a return for me because it doesn’t clean up 100% and bumps into everything!!

We named our roomba, Bertha. She works hard and does bother anyone (unless you are watching TV and she is on the carpet... Then she's pretty loud). It's amazing.... You simply tell her to start (we use alexa for that too). And off she goes cleaning. The house never looked so good. If you are on the fence, jump. Buy it. It's great

Never thought I would love a vacuum so much but with having a husky/aussie mix and the amount of hair this vacuum makes it quite easy to get all of that up daily. seeing the bin ful every day just makes me think if i had to do it myself it would not be every day and there would be hair everywhere. Love this thing

The roomba 980 is a great product. We have two huskys at our home so vacuuming used to be a big chore, now it’s easy. The roomba runs everyday while we are at work and you would not believe the amount of hair, dirt, dust it picks up. Have owned the roomba for a little over 6 months and have not had a single issue.

cons- noisy and gets stuck at times, overall great
