Works really well. The only thing that I could say is that sometimes had some software issues.

We have not had a roomba simce the early days of the brand, and wow, the upgrades that have happened since then are noticeable and outstanding, this models ability to map and learn your space and avoid objects(in our house its mostly shoes and cables) is something you didnt know you needed until you had it. On the cleanliness side of things I 100% wish I would have gotten the bin that it could self empty into as I often get notifications crying out "my bin is full :'( ", mind you, there is settings which can ignore a full bin and just continue on. Our floors are a healthy mix of low pile carpet and vinyl flooring, when the combo bin is installed it does a great job adhering to the [No Mop Zone], and when the vacuum bin is in, it does a great job vacuuming, truly! If youre reading this and are unsure if how well this lil bot sucks up dirt, trust this random persons review, it suck, it sucks very well, so many dust bunnies, hair and sand have been eliminated from our floors! As a last little note, the lines it produces on carpet specifically are *chefs kiss* you always know when your little roomba did its thing!

I replaced an older model I had for years with this one and not been very happy. This one is constantly getting “stuck” on flat surfaces, throwing errors. It says the bin is full within 5 minutes of starting. It worked fine when purchased, but I haven’t had it a full year yet and wish I had gotten something different. I would keep looking and avoid this model

This is my seventh Roomba and the best so far! I have 2 dogs, and it runs every day. I love the mapping, the fact that it recognizes and avoids obstacles, the fact that you can do a deep cleaning too, when it has to clean more and runs out of charge goes to the home base, charges itself, then finishes the job, it's just amazing! The fact that is also mops is great! The app is also amazing and very user friendly, I have my whole house mapped, I can run it everywhere or only in portions, it really is a great investment. I am very pleased and highly recommend it.

Suction is great but the smart mapping technology isn't very strong

Working as good as expected. I have a i8 before getting this and hoping the functionality remains similar: mapping, room segregation and scheduling. Found everything is exactly as I wanted, I'm not sure what is the difference between them as I think this fulfills the need very well.

Works great! It does seem to have a slight issue with pet hair but otherwise it does an amazing job!

Great robot easy to use and make your life easier.

Does an ok job. Tends to get stuck under furniture. Saves my back, but doesn't do as good a job as vacuuming myself.

My Irobot Roomba I5 is wonderful, my friend bought one and I help her to install this fantastic vacuum & mop, I fall in love with it and I order mine. Cleaning the house is a breeze. Seriously recommended!!!

nice desing, good quality, the Robot works great, i this the mop is not very usefull in my house but is because i live in a sandy city, i think if the place is not sandy will work better

I love this piece. It does its job daily as a vacuum with no haggle from me.

Really wish I had returned it! I wanted to but the box was thrown away, this vac is about to join it at the dump. It will not map the house and never has ran for more than 20 minutes. It is not my first roomba so I know how to use it, I hope it was just a dud

I can only give it 3 stars since it stopped working right when warranty expired.

I have owned a few irobot machines and this has been the best so far. Takes a minute to read the room but has no issues picking up everything except what mat be stuck to the floor. Great at getting most of the dog hair but like i said not the pieces stuck in the rug.

10/10 product it vacuums and mops gave it to my mom as a Christmas present and she loves it we have scheduled cleaning it sweeps around 1pm and mops at 3pm definitely helps our life’s a bit more since we tend to work all day And don’t forget it charges itself game changer !
