So far I have been very pleased with this. In a two dog household with it daily I see a significant difference on the cleanliness of our floors, which no longer have a patina of fur on them. Would highly recommend. I simply do not have enough time to keep my floor as clean as this does. I have the j7+ combo for the downstairs where mopping is needed and the j7+ for the carpeted upstairs. On eco mode I am able to fully mop daily.

The product is working exceptionally well ever since we brought this we don’t have the sweep the home by myself

The combo J7 takes about a week to learn your floor plan really good. I was about to return it because the first time I watched it run around the house it looked lost. After research I learned the iRobots do the center of a room then the edges/baseboards last to get any debris that gets slung against the walls by the brush flicks. Now I can asign clean zones or rooms and it will drive through the house just as good as I could drive it and when it vacuums it makes the nice little lines just like a professionally mowed lawn and looks super clean. The mopping combo portion is about like a swiffer wet jet, good for everyday maintenance but if you have a true mess you’ll want to use something else. I have mine mop twice a week with the scheduling just because on mop days I’ll take the mop head off and clean it at some point because even though it work like a swiffer mop it still does a good job and get really dirty with just one session. I do wish it had LiDAR so it could clean in the dark but it’s still a schedule and leave alone device and it does a phenomenal job keeping your house clean.

I have 2 at home! I one of the original models model made and ita still with me. I just bought the J7+ for my wife for her birthday and she loves it! This one has the 2 in 1 with mop wich is amazing, I had to change it cause it had a default but Still an amazing product. Would recommend to everyone! Happy wife , happy life

I am only giving this 4 stars because I don't believe I have had this vacuum long enough or have used all of the features to give it 5 stars. However, so far, I am happy with my purchase. I love coming home to a freshly vacuumed house. I also love that I can start the vacuum when I am away or set a schedule for different days during the week. All in all, this was an amazing purchase.

Nice machine keeps floors clean. Vacuum and mops saving you time to do other things.

Does a good job at keeping dust down on carpets and floors. As for the floor "mopping", still requires periodic full hand mop as it tends to leave streaks on laminate flooring. Also, keep the contacts clean or it will occasionally not make connection to the home port and error out.

Does a good job cleaning and mopping. Sometimes leaves lines but wetting the mop head manually fixes this. Main issue is it closes doors and locks itself in rooms.

Really love this device. Mopping leaves behind s bit of stich residue but does clean well. I need to pull off tangled hairs every now and then for the brushes to operate optimally. And 2nd floor operation sometimes gets confused (it defaults to clean king everything upstairs instead of a specified room). But for 90% of what I want it executes well. A real game changer when going away or cleaning targeted areas quickly. Would recommend.

It’s a little loud during the empty cycle so don’t put it somewhere where it would bother you… It dose a really good job Haven’t tested the pet surprise avoidance option yet but it was a consideration when buying this product

Crashed in to everything tripped everyone it cannot detect human feet or shoes as something to avoid however it is great at getting hair off the floor it also has no sensor to stop it if something is stuck on it for instance it ran over an ornament, and it just kept destroying its own rubber roller from the underside because the ornament just kept rubbing on it over and over and getting cut by the ornament I am returning it if I can it is not going to cut it if it’s going to trip us in ways our cheaper Chinese brand ecovacs was not not to mention the irony NEEDS YOU TO HAVE THE LIVHTS ON IN THE ROOM ITS CLEANING……. My ecovacs T20 was able to clean in complete darkness both sweep mop and do object avoidance in the dark I had an iRobot before and It would crash in to everything and that’s how it would navigate this one at least goes in lines to clean however it’s been 10 years since then and this one still behaves the same way where it still crashes in to the wall before turning around. it still will repeat cleaning on the same line and it will not go around a person if they are in the way of the line..

Good choice... initial mapping will take couple of runs till perfection.. hair stuck on the wheel and rotating brush needs cleaning after every run.

This replaced our old Roomba and added the mop feature. Works great, but it’s loud emptying so we run it when we’re not home instead of at night. Keeps the floors looking great in between deep cleaning and is great for kitchen spills and Grandson crumb trails.

It is an an excellent vacuum cleaner. It is smart, so it creates whole blueprints of the house and makes an adjustment during the vacuum or moping cycle. It smartly detects the rug and changes mode accordingly. Cleans great.

I was thinking of getting a dyson but decided to try out this instead and so glad I did. I don't have to vacuum/mop anymore. Only gripe I have is I have fill the water tank often but if I got the more expensive version I wouldn't have to but I didn't want to spend $600 more just for that.

In the first use, it dragged and rolled in my electric cord. And not like earlier version that you can easily release the cord, but for this one I finally have to cut the electric cord. The docking station waste bag is about double of the size of the old version in-unit waste bin. It doesn't hold 60 days of waste if you have carpet and pet. Pro: neat, simply replace the waste bag. Con: costly, prepare to change bag every other week. It vacuums and mops very well but the clean path doesn't seems smart, it keeps repeat in the same area, I don't know if it will improve over the time. I initially very disappointed and concerned about my electric cords and cost of waste bags, but now I started to like it because it cleans very well. Best buy only give me two weeks to try and I won't have time at two weeks, I have to make decision in 5 days. I probably have to return it to avoid trying to return it too late. I haven't decided whether to recommend it.

Works like a dream. Do not have to vacuum or mop at least 55% of my home. The vacuum so far is the best! Recommended to anyone who cleaa aaa NA their house regularly

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. After getting it all set up and mapped, it’s awesome having. It’s nice having it scheduled to run while we are both gone to work.

Love this little gem. Easy to set up. Trains itself on the area to clean. It’s quiet. Helps me keep up with doggie hair. Best of all it does what is advertised. Wow.
