It took a while to figure out how this thing works. Several YouTube videos- thank goodness. The literature that came with it is pretty worthless and the online manual isn’t Much better. However, the machine itself Work well. I needed something to vacuum pet hair in between my vacuuming To keep it Under control. This is great. I set The program and forget about it

I bought this on clearance for a great price. This little guy is powerful. I like that it can vacuum or mop. It's great to schedule it to run at night while everyone is asleep. It will avoid objects and map out the floorplan of your home. Great purchase.

This machine is amazing coming out the box. The trouble comes when the Roomba has done about a month worth the cleanings and you will see the machine start to experience issues, anywhere from navigating issues, vacuum sealing, gettting stuck under furniture, charging issues, etc. Tragically, I’m on my 3rd j9+ only because I have the Geek squad protection on the device. If you don’t know anything about Roomba, I suggest going with something a little more consumer friendly. It’s truly like taking care of a pet within itself. There is no way you can setup the Roomba and walk away without having to tend to some type of issue. But once again, when the machine is working properly, it’s amazing!

Like the schedule and mapping features of this Vacuum. the built in mop feature is great, dont need a second Robot to mop the floors, does it all in one pass.

Very disappointed. After having an S9 for years with very little issues, I had high hopes for the J9. It recover the S9's map flawlessly but doesn't seem to know how to follow it. I watch it stumble around, going in circles, completely lost, bumping (hard) into furniture and cabinets. It frequently (daily) loses connection to the base and the base loses connection to the wifi. It frequently needs to have the bin hand-emptied. So much manual effort to keep it going. The filling of the water tank is temperamental and the cleaning with the mop is hit or miss (sometimes it works and other times it decides to just vacuum even though I selected both and it has water) Had it less than a month and pretty unhappy with it.

This replaced our first floor Roomba i8+ which is now upstairs. We have two dogs and the increased suction, plus mopping, makes this any pet owners solution! Object detection is superb, and they roomba is so much quieter.

I have owned almost every previous model, I really like that this one besides that it cleans the best it us programed to not run into dog poop .. (it works!!!) it also does not run into loose cables or clothes on the ground. Recomended!!!

I am loving my new Roomba. I love that it mops and sweeps at the same time. I also love how the cleaner is stored and the robot can just be refilled. So far, no doggie accidents that took the life of my previous Roomba.

Really wanted to love this robot vacuum; especially after spending over $1,400. Could not go a day without having to intervene - whether I had to push it back on the charger since the connectors were “dirty”, or the mop feature constantly ran out of liquid mid clean cycle and would not return home to refill the tank - instead, would just vacuum and not mop. Had to constantly reboot/reset. Mop also would leave mop lines all through the house unless you used the deep scrub feature that would take 8 hours to clean the house with charging times. Not very practical

Against my better judgement i bought this. I had previously said “no more roombas” but BestBuy doesnt carry many options and i wanted the financing. I wanted a new model because my 5 year old roomba frequently would get lost. Unfortunately, so does this brand new model. No, it is not my internet. The vac will easily find its way to the mapped rooms i ask it to vacuum. Then, once finished, it will wander my entire apartment “on its way home” bumping into all the things i didnt pick up because i didnt want it going into those rooms in the first place. Eventually i have to pick it up and put it on the dock. It is less than a week old. I also feel like it doesnt vacuum as well as the old model! And yes, i have it set to max suction. Im seriously considering returning.

Bought this as a present for my Mom as I can't be there to help out around the house. She loves it! I hoghly recommend that you map out the house 2x prior to running your first cleaning cycle. It will create a map while cleaning, but it will also get stuck on things and take longer than if a prior map is made. The inital setup with wifi through the app is a bit tricky, but no problems after setup. I like it can be set to clean from the app even when you aren't home. Scheduling the clean cycle while at work is also great! My roomba did accurately aboid driving through cat throw up so the pet waste detector does work well

We ddint love the wash function. It was very uneven and streaky

So far so good. I use this twice a week to vacuum the main floor. I like the features of the app that come with it as well. Pretty expensive though. This product would be better if it refill the tank without ejecting from the base and turning around.

Wife wanted one to vacuum and mop and this fit the bill. It works great and she loves the fact it does both and you don’t have to refill it after each use and the mapping helps. She loves it

So far so good. My only complaint is it keeps getting stuck underneath my living room table. It forces its way underneath the table and is passive when trying to exit. Outside of that works really well

Does as advertised. Like any artificial intelligence vacuum robot there will be some issues. I have noticed it does miss some debri once in a while but overall it vacuums the floor satisfactory.

Robot actually vacuums well and it is well built however the navigation system is a disaster. Compared to other top of line robots it takes 2-3 times the time to do the same job requiring the robot to pause to charge itself and extend the time even further. Noise level is very good, very quiet however the auto empty feature is also not perfect with debris remaining inside even after self-empty. In conclusion definitely not worth the premium price tag. Returned.

We love this thing! It cleans the whole house and we don’t have to worry about a thing! Just pick up anything off the floor you think might stop it from working like toys or clothes and your all set!

We have had many issues with the J9+ IRobot never seems to correct the issues in entirity. Wish i could get a replacement

Great product, is very good at navigation mapping and mopping. Overall it is a great product.
