We ddint love the wash function. It was very uneven and streaky

We love this thing! It cleans the whole house and we don’t have to worry about a thing! Just pick up anything off the floor you think might stop it from working like toys or clothes and your all set!

Cleans as expected! Easy to setup and easy to use! Definitely recommend it!

this robot is actually good, but i want to watch camera when he clean and i can’t

I've had an irobot 980 since the series came out. It was my first robot vacuum. I used it on the first floor of my house, a combination of wood floors and area rugs. It performed very well. I appreciated the product support in the form of software upgrades over the years (e.g., whole home maps). That system had separate transmitter barriers for no go zones. I've moved it to the upstairs of my house, similarly wood floors and areas rugs. I purchased the J9+ combo a few weeks ago and it is a substantial upgrade. Relative to the vacuuming, it is much quieter and at least as effective. We keep our floor pretty clean, but my evidence in the amount of material in the bins. The mopping feature is very cool. It has a creative solution for mop mode versus vacuuming, with a control arm that retracts to avoid dropping liquid on carpets. I've programmed the irobot to do its thing three times per week and have had no issues. I appreciate the self emptying and the reservoir for the mopping liquid. The mop is similar to a Swiffer style, which is perfect for our hard wood floors. We use an approved hard wood cleaner. Like the 980, the j9+ is easy to work on, with a modular design for replacement parts, when necessary. Obviously, I haven't had to replace anything on the j9+. Overall, this feels like a premium product. I have been very happy with my prior irobot vacuum and prospects look good for this one.

I went through 2 of these. I first purchased directly through i robot and it came immediately broken. The auto fill function didnt work so after a whole ordeal with customer service and repairing sending back another broken robot i returned it. I purchased another one through best buy and got a 4 year warranty. It was broken again within 45 days. After another ordeal i returned it again. Hoping the 10 is better..

Best version yet. Avoids obstacles better and the mopping combo is great.

This product blew past my expectations. We have two cats and this Roomba vacuumed and mopped the entire house with house smelling fresh (granted we used one of the cleaners). I think it can def. do better on house mapping and also the app can be made a bit more user friendly but overall the product is great!

Previous owner of Roomba j7, after 3 years, I decided to upgrade to J9 combo. I have had this unit for 6 months now, and have hardly used it due to it keeps throwing error codes. I have work with Irobot and they have send out several replacements and every single one of them had issues, from connection problems, to not charging, schedules glitches, mop arm getting stuck for no reason. Everytime I called Irobot they had me doing multiple troubleshooting, being with limited movement, I got to the point I quit calling. It has literally sat here for 3 months untouched, and not running. I robot will not give me a refund. So I am just out the grand I paid for it.

I have had nothung but troubles with this unit. They sent a new one and it had the same issues ramming into walls constantly not cleaning at all just randomly sits and stares at walls for 15 to 30 mins. I have soent way to much time with customer care teying to get it to work. What a waste of over $1,000.00.

This iRobot sweeps and mops just as it says it will. The mapping software works very well. It picks up sand with no problems. Use it to do your whole house or specific rooms that you choose. I like to use while I am out and come home to clean, shiny floors.

We have had many issues with the J9+ IRobot never seems to correct the issues in entirity. Wish i could get a replacement

Disappointed that this robot doesnt roll over 1.31 high carpet. Only vacuums up to 27mins, then has to go back an recharge. The mop feature did a ok job, an i was satisfied with that portion. Probably would have done a better job if the battery held up. My other vacuums thats least expensive does a better job. Hope roomba next model is alot better then this model. My honest review

Ibe had it for a month now, and it has been quite effective so far. I had sn S9 before this one, and that was soooo bad i swore i would never buy an iRobot again. But this one is really outstanding so far. Keeping fingers crossed.

This device is an upgrade for my S9+. I love this item; it is smarter and more reliable than my previous S9+. The only two cons I have are that 1. it leaks, and 2. it stopped emptying. IROBOT however is assisting in resolving that issue

Great if all you want to do is vacuum. Its main selling point is it is supposed to automatically refill the tank from the base and it doesn’t do that. Can’t get a response from iRobot but they have to know it doesn’t work. For the money and for that not work is ridiculous.

I have owned robot vacs for over 20 years, and this is the worst one I’ve ever purchased! IRobot customer support is good, but having to have the entire machine replaced three times in the first nine months shows that this is a crappy piece of technology. It never ran a single week without issues. It constantly has error codes. I don’t know what iRobot did wrong with this model, but it should be recalled. They finally gave me a different model as replacement because I was so sick of having to mail it back to them every other month. It was a complete waste of my money and time.

Love the combined mop/vacuum. We upgraded from the separate Roomba/Brava machines. This is so much easier. Filling the base with liquid to refill the roomba is much more convenient then constantly refilling the Brava. Filter is much smaller and easy to pop out to replace.

This is my first Roomba and I would never had guessed it would do such a great job of vacuuming and mopping. It's wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!

Loved the idea of this Roomba as we love our vacuum but we have had so many issues. The hair gets clogged in the bottom because of the mop feature makes it wet. When it returns home after a job it doesn't connect properly to the base so it doesn't charge then when we go to run it again it won't start. It leaves wet streaks on the floor. Would return but it says it is our of our window to return to best buy even though Roomba offers a 30 day trial.
