My J9 combo is amazing, everything that I need. Different than other brands, it requires very low maintenance. Just need to change the pad every 2-3 days and will be done. It has enough poower for every clean. The only robot which can avoid poop for real! Navigation is good enough. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical about spending $1,000 on a roomba, but after trying this out for a few weeks, I am happy I made the purchase. It surprisingly does a nice job at both vacuuming and mopping. I use the Bona solution in my room a and ny floors look great!

I own 4 Roombas. This is my latest and probably last. 2 of the first three I own still work and are on different floors. I have gotten to the point where I genuinely hate this product. It is a pure waste of money. It is designed to fail. Basically, here is a washcloth and I am going to use it to clean your floors. The concept is baffling. The controls are garbage. I do not want it to mop my floors anymore because well it is disgusting. As I am writing this, I am trying to turn off the mop feature in the app. Good luck finding that. I just took off the tissue cloth they call a mop to make it work without the mop feature. I still love my other two Roombas, but this one is pure garbage. The vacuum brushes also appear to be retrofitted to my first Roomba. My newer ones have the brush which is so much better. The green plastic ones suck and dog hair simply rips them apart. So if you own pet, if nothing else I wrote makes you not buy it that should settle it for you. And just to make it more of a piece of junk and a money grab they made the filter a slightly different size on this one. So I have to buy additional ones for this particular model. Not cool. Try something else.

Loved the idea of this Roomba as we love our vacuum but we have had so many issues. The hair gets clogged in the bottom because of the mop feature makes it wet. When it returns home after a job it doesn't connect properly to the base so it doesn't charge then when we go to run it again it won't start. It leaves wet streaks on the floor. Would return but it says it is our of our window to return to best buy even though Roomba offers a 30 day trial.

Overall it’s a good product .. we have 99% tile in our home. I have had to clean the charging contacts a few times, I expected that just because of dust and debri. It does a good job of mapping the house. If you have great internet connection you shouldn’t have a problem.

The cleaning performance has been good so far but the mapping software has not been user friendly. If I buy an IRobot with the same tech levels, then I should be able to transfer the electronic map to the new device and not have to map the entire house if I get a replacement product.

Very glitchy for the price seems the app needs some work and sometimes have to press the button multiple times to get it to start

Purchasing the J9 mop and vacuum, self-cleaning robotic vacuum cleaner is probably the best purchsse I have ever made. I will travel a lot and the last thing I want to do is clean when I get home. It is a little techy for those of us not from the tech generation but easy to use overall. It is quiet and thorough. The robot reaches 95% of the floor area. It is a time saver, cuts down on dust and dirt. My house is staying cleaner then ever.

Works great! Until it ran through dog mess and smeared it from the accident spot all the way back to the base. So much for guaranteed not to run through a pet accident!!!

Not able to successfully return to the home base/charging station. Robot just keeps attempting until it runs out of battery. Hoping to get replaced under warranty.

Cleans and mops. Works as advertised. I’m coming from a model about 7 years old. Can be sometimes slow if doing deep clean.

Reliable, cleans well, no major maintenance needed

One of the best purchases Ive made. This product does a wonderful job maintaining floors. I strongly recommend purchasing one for your home or business. I would definitely purchase this product again.

It’s strange how this works. It will give me errors before I complete the job and I have to attend to it sometime. It has never really completed an entire job without me having to intervene yet. It also mopped my carpet. The app said it was traveling back to empty the bin, but it just stayed in one room.

Have 3 other irobot vacs and hoping newer model would be smarter... Same issues as it gets lost, stuck for no reason (middle of floor), etc. Maybe gets smarter as it learns the house but so far...

This i9 robot is a beast. I have 3 dogs and a cat and has stayed on top of keeping the floors spotless. I love the easy to refill features on the app. Couldn’t be happier with this product.

We are very happy with it! It saves us so much time each week that we would have spent vacuuming and mopping. It cleans very well and is easy to use.

Can my life get any easier! Seriously best roomba ever. Had it for a month now and only got stuck once, which was my fault for leaving a doggy pee-pee pad out. But mop is very decent and the vacuum is top notch.

Love this iRobot vacuum. It works great for our trucking company office!

Not worth the money. Very glitchy software, have to continuously reboot the vacuum. Biggest issue is that the unit doesn’t properly return to its base to refill the mop liquid. Once it runs out it just switches to vacuum mode and leaves 75% of my floor not mopped. A total pain. I’ve called support and they just give me the reboot recommendation which doesn’t fix it. This is my 9th iRobot product since the brand started, but I won’t purchase another one. Very disappointing especially considering this is supposed to be their highest end product.
