This mop cant make a map properly to the point where it misses half of a completly empty room. Plus it breaks down all the time. This is my 4th roomba and i love roombas generally but either I got a dud or this was an engineering blunder. Dont buy this one at all. The 505 is better and i am replacing mine with the 705 direct from roomba as this one has an error and cant be fixed by best buy.

I’m so mad I bought this! It worked ok until it stopped altogether! I called iRobot & was pleased the guy saw immediately what the problem was! Inside the base a charger tab was missing! Completely disappeared? They said they’d send me a new base in 5-7 days.. was very pleased. Well it’s been over two weeks & when I inquired where my base was they said “ it’s out of stock”! They said as soon as they receive it they’ll ship it?! No ETA .. so my 1k not even 2 month old investment is inop for month 3? Crazy .. thinking about a Roborock now.. no happy

Wish i purchase this sooner, my house always clean now, i recommended my friends to get it too, they are loved it, save so much time for cleaning the floor

Excellent cleaning! We have 2 dogs and it keeps up with them. Will purchase another possibly for upstairs and downstairs. Easily cleaned filter and refill of water

I really regret this purchase. In the several months I have had this, I have had maybe a dozen successful runs. Every single day it gets "stuck" on something. Even after opting into the image reviews it has not improved in the slightest. In addition, I need to clean out the rollers almost every day because they cannot handle hair. What it does do, it does terribly. Even with two passes I still find grass on the floor. Likewise, the mopping feature is useless, it just runs a damp rag lightly over the surface, often resulting in messes SPREADING as opposed to getting clean. I still have to vacuum and mop just as frequently before, this robot just takes up space.

great product. accurate description. cleans and mops great. just set your area and rest while the machine takes care of it all for you. best investment

The product is good, but I'd like to highlight an area for improvement: the mopping functionality. Having a spinning action might be more effective compared to just placing it on the floor. I'm unsure about its effectiveness in cleaning the mop this way.

Reliable, cleans well, no major maintenance needed

Not worth the money. Very glitchy software, have to continuously reboot the vacuum. Biggest issue is that the unit doesn’t properly return to its base to refill the mop liquid. Once it runs out it just switches to vacuum mode and leaves 75% of my floor not mopped. A total pain. I’ve called support and they just give me the reboot recommendation which doesn’t fix it. This is my 9th iRobot product since the brand started, but I won’t purchase another one. Very disappointing especially considering this is supposed to be their highest end product.

A bit expensive but sure made the wife happy. She is thoroughly satisfied with how well it works. A real time saver for a job she hated doing

Item was hot in original packaging nor did it contain all the extra accessories like the open box excellent condition claims. Should have been good condition at best. Did not work and had to return. Be careful buying open box items. They are not worth the discount

Excellent product, it vacuums and mobs the entire house. Programing the unit takes time as it learns and saves the work needed to be done.

The only reason for the star removal is the random errors that still seem to plague the day to day experience, like connection issues randomly, etc.

I have another Roomba, one of the 600 series, and i always wished it could empty itself and mop and also refill itself with water or solutions. This unit does a great cleaning. And it looks good as it can be part of your furniture.

Works great. With our big house it has to be emptied frequently, but overall very satisfied with it.

After a few weeks if use the irobot failed and would not complete a full vacuum and mop, called customer service twice and finally they sent another irobot.

This product works amazing! 3 dogs and our floors stay clean. This has saved my wife from having to mop and sweep every day. Now Cocco does it for us. That is what we names the robot. Like another pet he is part of the family now with a very important job. Very well build heave unit but the only time you have to pick it up is to clean, and change out the rollers underneath the unit. I have to clean under him about every 3-4 weeks to keep him running good.
