We have it go during the day as it can be kind of loud and it can get caught up in electrical cords. It bounces around a lot, so it seems to take a while to do its duty. But, to have the floor vacuumed every day is nice and definitely cuts down on the number of dust bunnies.

I have two German shepherds (also know as German shedders) and billy bob is awesome! I amdeducting one star due to the fact that after a few days he starts to leave clumps of hair on the carpet. I run him daily to minimize the amount of vacuuming I have to do. I have definitely noticed a huge drop in the amount I vacuum up though every week. It works excellent on hard floors (I only have to do a few spots in right spaces) to the point I basically just mop. It gets TONS of dirt and dust out of the carpet, even if it has a hard time getting all of the hair!

I finally decided to purchase a Roomba for myself. We purchased one for our daughter as a Christmas gift last year. She has talked so highly of hers and how much she loves it and how much of a difference it makes. So I gave in and treated myself. Received my new Roomba E5 on Tuesday and I am already in love with it. We set it to run during the day when we are at work. Was great to come home to a clean floor and not having to sweep in the evening as we have a large mastiff (dog) who stays inside and sheds like crazy. Does not seem to be noisy at least in our opinion. It is much quieter than running a regular vacuum for sure. Definitely make sure your cords are up and out of the way. We have textured vinyl plank flooring in our home, the rubber brushes work great and do not scratch the floors. The Roomba also made its way through the bathrooms as well and no problem over the bathroom rugs.

I heard wonderful things about this product from several of my friends who have pets so I decided to give it a try. Well, they are correct in their praise. “She” (you can nickname her so we call her Mrs. Hughes, housekeeper from Downton Abby) is able to pick up the dog hair (Labrador retriever) from both the hardwoods and carpet. In my opinion, she does a better job than our Shark vacuum. She is able to go from a hardwood floor to carpet and vice versa except she is not able to go from hardwood to our shag carpet. The pile is just too high so we have to lift her up for her to get to the shag carpet (we were planning on getting a new rug there anyway so not too inconvenient). You can schedule her to clean at a specific time of day, and the duration of the cleaning. It’s amazing how she does not fall down the stairs.

I love the product. Cleans the hardwood floors well. It seems to take awhile for it to find it's home after we request it to. I named it Ruby.

Got this for my wife as a Christmas Present and it works wonderful, a bit noise but does a thorough job, sometimes when its time to go back to its docking station after it is finished it takes some time to find home but I like how it cleans, pretty impressed.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. It really clean great. You do have to pick up cords and shoe laces though because it does get caught on those kinds of things. Other than that, this machine has made my life so much easier!

Great product if u have pets or kids home. Picks up every hair. Performance is better than anyone usually expect. But make sure u dont go for lower models or lower brand than this. Battery time on this is great. Value for money

Works very good at cleaning. I am always amazed how much it picks up. Only issue is it wanders in a very erratic pattern and has a hard time finding home

This machine does a good job. The only thing is that it hits the same areas over and over and over. I wish it had the mapping ability of some of the others.

Not perfect bit works great! It cleans pretty much everything, but it does tend to having trouble going back home when you ask it to.

Does pick up very well. Very easy to maintain, just wish it wouldn’t go over the same spots so many times.

Cleans really well, but does have trouble finding home when done, or needs to charge. But still love this device links up with Alexa really well.

Love this machine - sucks up a lot of dirt!! The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because it sometimes doesn't find its way back home.

this is a noisy cleaner. it will eat rugs, telephone cords, and other cords. You must pick them up. It does an effective job sweeping. I have a shark that I compare it to, and in my opinion the shark is quieter. Also, I have had it 1 month, and have noticed it runs down before it hits the docking station. Its ok. I had a hard time at the start connecting to the roomba with my wifi and phone.

This newer generation of roomba is much better than my old one. It cleans better, more convenient to use via Bluetooth. You can set it at your time everyday. It evolves to meet the needs of a very busy household.

Bought this for our basement - works as expected and is now keeping the basement carpet clean. It did get stuck once or twice but once I learned where this happened, just put a temporary barrier during cleaning days.

This is money well spent. I have two cats and because of irobot it doesnt even look like I do. It a bit loud but it does my job without me lifting a finger. Alarm sometimes detect it tho. Love it would buy it again.

Cleans good. Notice it goes in same direction a lot. Can’t have much furniture and if it gets under a chair it has a problem getting out.

The Roomba e5 works great. I schedule it every night and it picks up pet hair and dust. It keeps our floor very clean. We still clean the corners but it is a valuable asset for everyday cleaning. I highly recommend it.
